search engine on firefox can't find "safe mode" which I need to deep six Yahoo. My search engine is DDG but Yahoo keeps interfering with my free choice. How can I deep six Yahoo?

I have login passwords on Firefox desktop but they are not showing in Firefox ios and sync everything is already enabled on both devices having common Firefox account

explain why: 1. this status is displayed 2.what caused this status to be displayed 3. method of changing this status as there should be NO ORGANIZATION involved on my personal system

Win10 Pro/login to MS

Until a recent update I have been able to select where I want files to download to, but now they only go to one place in Users/Downloads and completely ignore the tick box in settings "Always ask where to save the file" . Does anyone else have this issue? I have tried to reset the settings, etc. to no avail.

When I load Mastodon from bookmark, FF finds the site OK but does not load a page. What I get is a black screen with no content. This started happening within the past week and I have not loaded any new extensions or themes. Other sites load a bit slowly but OK; the problem is with Mastodon only. Any advice to correct this problem is appreciated.

I have been having some problems with mozilla firefox from some time.

Some web-sites do not open whilst I have no problems with opening them in any other browser. Other example: Google maps bei opening show always my home location, but whichever place I type in the search box, it does not show it at all. Any idea what can cause this trouble?

When I select emails from a search and try to move them to an existing label, the option I get is to move those emails to the INBOX, but that is where the emails are stored. How do I move emails from the inbox to a label. The emails I want to move are from a search therefore, there are 100 emails I want to move in one action. Glen

I noticed recently that the "+" for new tab is no longer displayed and available. I have to go to File/New tab to open a new tab.

Does this happen only for me or it is a change that was made? What should I do to have it back as it used to be and it is displayed here:

So I don't know the proper way to word this, I guess I'll just ramble until my point gets across. A couple years ago I downloaded Optifine, because I just wanted to experience Minecraft in ultra hyper 4k whatever. I didn't quite understand how to open it to install it or move it into a file or however that's done. I still don't quite understand. In my confusion, I decided it would be a good idea to change the default way the file opened to into Firefox. Now when I double-click to open it, it opens a new firefox window and asks where I want to save the file. My question: how can I change the file back to what it used to be? Apparently it's supposed to be a .jar, but I'm not seeing it anywhere on the file. Alternatively, if reversing the file type isn't an option, does anyone know how I might be able to install it? Please I'm begging T-T

This is what the most current file name is: OptiFine_1.20.1_HD_U_I5

Sidenote I just checked apparently it IS STILL a .jar file, but I don't have a clue what to do with it aaaaaaaaaaaaa

My computer crashed and I had to reset my account. For some reason the password that I was 99% sure was correct didn't work so in order to change my password it said I need an authentication key. I didn't recall getting one of those so I reset my password (even though it said on the screen I would only lose things like passwords and history). I of course lost all my bookmarks that I've been collecting for the last 20 years. And as life goes I've now found the authentication key. My question is can I get anything back now that I have that key or all my bookmarks are forever deleted?

i set my youtube and twitter to dark cuz who the hell uses white background these days. also im changing the languange at youtube to hebrew.

the next day i go to the sites it reset to defualt again. im still log in tho. didn't try in other browsers but i don't think its site specific problem cuz it happens in both sites.

secure connection failed issue. Happens with 3 different browsers but only on one computer. Access is not an issue on 3 other computers on the same network or my phone which is also running Firefox.

i had pinned some tabs that i really needed. i finished with firefox and i closed it. when i opened it the next time all my pinned tabs where gone...i don't know what to do i really need them..i signed in again but nothing changed

Hi. When booking flights on my FF browser I cannot move onto the final booking page. You would nearly think that my prvacy settings are too high. I have to close FF down and move to another browser to complete.

Has anyone else encountered a similar problem?
