I want to acess fundednext.com on my phone and laptop using firefox It says not secure I want to access it anyway.

I get the following message when going online with Firefox: "The bookmarks and history system will not be functional because one of Firefox's files is in use by another application. Some security software can cause this problem." I've followed all the prompts to restart the computer, refresh the computer, delete the favicons.sqlite and places.sqlite and it won't allow me to delete them. This happened yesterday as well. Yesterday I could delete those files and everything was restored. But today I can't get it to work.

I received a scam Apple (security) popup (on which I never clicked) and from that point on, some 30+ obsolete tabs congregate across the top Firefox browser window. How do i lose all these unwanted tabs?

I have managed to figure out ways to remove items from context menus from various pages here and around the web however it always seems to leave an additional unwanted separator line that I cannot find how to get rid of.

There are a number of additional lines I am looking to remove but the current one that is annoying me (based on most usage) is the additional line between 'Copy Link Without Site Tracking' and Search which is an add-on - Simple Context Search - https://tinyurl.com/yck5c (as shown in the attachment).

I did have 'search google for...' directly above the 'Search for Google' option which I removed.

I also removed 'Copy Link' which was above the 'Copy Link Without Site Tracking' option which I also removed.

Hope the above makes sense and any help greatfully appreciated.

I am a Salesforce (improveit! 360) user, exclusively browsing with Firefox for over 12 years without any problems. The most recent Firefox update 125.0.2 (64-bit) has caused an issue with my staff calendar. I have reached out to improveit! 360 they are a force.com developer and they will not help, said the error is caused by Firefox interpreting the code. I have figured out a work around to get the calendar to load correctly for a short term solution. Below is a screenshot of the error, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I have problem with firefox. When I try download from facebook page files .docx, .xlsx (Microsoft Office) Firefox automatically download it as PDF and file is broken. I don't know how to repair this. Please help, it is very frustrating.

Hello. Our organization is experiencing an issue where sound settings are not carrying over correctly to Firefox. Specifically, this is with speaker settings. In multiple calling platforms (tested in Genesys Cloud and Teams), we are not able to adjust the settings for the speaker that audio plays from. We can adjust the default microphone setting, but not the speaker setting. This is only occurring in Firefox (works fine in Edge and Chrome).

Additionally, we've tried adjusting the default audio settings by going to Windows > Sound settings > App volume and device preferences, and changing the settings specifically for Firefox on this page. This does not work. When we check Teams or Genesys Cloud, it seems like Firefox is just picking any default without a rhyme or reason.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

why can't I use the lingq importer extention? I get a message for all my extentions that says: firefox extension can't read and change data on this site. It's preventing me from using the LingQ importer extention.

I have a unique annoyance wherein I use a considerably long email address for many sites. I've gotten tired of typing it out whenever it comes up and wish for it to be preserved as an autofill across all sites so I no longer have to, similar to how your phone may suggest your email address in autocomplete.

Unfortunately, as far as I can tell, you can only manually add autofills for specific sites and with password attached. So my question is, is there a way to make the address be a suggested autofill on username/email address boxes across all sites?

(not interested in having form history saved, just want this one specific form entry)

I was using Amazon just fine a few days ago. When I tried to open an amazon link yesterday, I got the message: Secure Connection Failed. I tried updating my browser and clearing my cache and cookies. Please fix

I was playing around with my DMARC settings for my new site and was looking around at who was hosting my WordPress domain for http://ibizignite.com, and Google directed me to GoDaddy. That was wrong. However, in my fooling around, somehow GoDaddy and this associate Westechnologies keeps popping up when I open up my browser after booting up my computer, and I cannot get rid of it. I don't know where to find it, because there is no associated extension anywhere in my extension list.

I tried to use another add-on to block it, and it does, but the darn site keeps appearing every startup after a fresh boot, and neither Westechnologies not GoDaddy appear anywhere in my Zone Map or anywhere else in my registry. Can anyone help me get rid of it please?

Am trying to update my email address. When I try to make the secondary the primary, it wants a verification code entered. The field for this code will not let me paste it or enter it manually. Will this glitch be fixed soon?

In recent attempts to join a few webinars I am now getting more and more "TLS Errors." I have noticed that many of the solutions to this problem involve actions that do not solve the problem but create larger issues. Do you have a solution that works safely? I am forced to use Windows 7 unfortunately due to work systems and a long story. I think this is my primary problem but I have to keep using it until the bitter end with this PC.

the issue now i have with firefox 124.0.2 is that the transition is now instant when my mouse enters or leaves the window and one of my addon buttons (roboform) no longer works with this userchrome.css edit.

its been a few updates ago it broke maybe 15 or so and now im wondering if there is a better updated script that works like it used to.

It didn't, not always. Over the years, there have been times when the issue would still pop up, but not as often as before (2022 and earlier).

I have a feeling that during an issue, FF is having difficulty setting up shop after starting up. Consequently, it is spending more time before it could become prepared to connect to the Net. I've come up with another "solution," which is deleting (or moving out) xulstore.json in the profile folder after exiting or before starting FF. You can create a batch command or script to execute the process.

So far, FF is connecting immediately after startup.

After signing into an account with Schwab.com, the site has a "Launch" button that opens the Schwab "Streetsmart Edge" trading platform. However, after signing into Schwab.com with the Firefox browser, clicking on the "Streetsmart Edge" Launch button does not work. "Streetsmart Edge" does not open.

This problem only occurs when using Firefox. If using Microsoft's browser there is no problem.

Previously, until about two month ago, the Firefox browser never caused this problem. It worked fine for many years.

I prefer the Firefox browser versus Microsoft. Please research and repair this issue.
