My mobile still has the original o/s. I can email a picture from the gallery no problem, but when I select a video I have just taken and select the share icon, instead of offering me the same choices as with a picture, it goes right to a screen asking me to enable BlueTooth. I don't have a BlueTooth device. How do I email a video please. Thanks.

Going Bluetooth to Bluetooth is easy. Just follow the prompts that you saw. As to sending thru the e-mail, it depends on your service, and the receivers service. Most providers have a limit on how large a message can be. This includes any attachments. There are several things that you can do. A site such as Youtube. Upload the video to that site, then send the link to that web page to anyone you want. A pay site such as Depositfiles, Keep2Share, Rapidgator, and many others. If your video is not too big, there is an e-mail way to send the file. Find out the max size message you are aloud. Take the file, and use a program that splits it into pieces (about 10 percent less then the max size). Then send each part one by one. Zip is one example.

to fredmcd, thanks but I don't have a Bluetooth device, and as for youtube, I have to get the small video off my phone first, which is what I am not able to do.

Most cel phones these days have bluetooth. If yours does not, plug your cel into your computer, transfer the file, and go on from there.

to fredmcd, thanks again , but my firefox phone DOES have the bluetooth option, but I myself personally do not have a bluetooth device myself for it to connect to. and yes I know to connect the phone to my computer but seems to me if I can send pictures via email, the same option should come up when I want to email a video. In the ZTE user's guide, that's what is supposed to happen.

As I posted earlier, most e-mail providers have size limitations.

Thanks again for your response, but I verified the size of the video file, and it was about the same as a picture, it ws a tiny video you see, and besides, how would my phone know if there was a size limit from my provider if there is not ever an option to send via email when trying to send a video? not sure what you are getting at; all I want to know is why I can email pictures but not videos, why different options come up when trying to share a picture and a video. Someone suggested all will be resolved when the update is available to v. 1.1; I hope so.
