how do I view browsing history

Firefox for Android updated last night and when it came back up, it wiped out half my tabs. I want to access the browser history on my tablet to find those missing items.

I checked Settings and didn't see this, and searched Google and here but all articles were for deleting history without viewing it.

How can I view my history?
