Have a Samsung 4G wireless modem from Verizon. Took me as long as 15 minutes around 3 p.m. to get logged onto Firefox. Kept getting message "problem loading page." Went around the back way by logging onto another website and then going to home page to get google. Using Windows Vista. What's going on? Thanks
