I cannot change my localization settings on cbc.ca. I have cleared the cache and cookies. I have even uninstalled Firefox and manually removed all Firefox folders.

I am running XP 2002 SP3. A few months ago I cleared the cache and cookies - since then, I have been unable to update any personalization settings on cbc.ca. In that time, I have tried everything I can think of - I have cleared the cookies, cache and even uninstalled Firefox, cleared the registry and removed my Firefox folders. Nothing works.

When I try opening the same website on IE6, it says "error on page".
