I just upgraded to FF 4.o, had 3.X running just fine, the upgrade went fine, but now it won't open Firefox at all.

I just upgraded to FF 4.o, had 3.X running just fine, Windows 7, the upgrade went fine, but now it won't open Firefox at all, it just loads and sits there and stops, but my task manager shows FF running in the background, I have tried reinstalling twice, no change, what is causing this?

Processes is the only place it shows Firefox running, programs won't show it in Task Manager.
