Firefox [Fedora 33] - New Tabs Do Not Open

Hello,

When I press CTRL + T to open a new tab, then enter a query in the address bar to search in the default search engine, the tab doesn't load at all. At the top of the tab, it still reads "New Tab" and the address bar fills up with the search query's URL. This used to only occur every 2 or 3 times I opened a new tab to search something in this way, but now it is occurring every time I attempt to open a new tab.

I have Google Container installed as an addon, which automatically opens any Google domain in a new container tab. Strangely, if I navigate to google.com, then back to duckduckgo.com to search, this resets the tab. I've tried uninstalling the Google Container addon, but the issue persists. Any help is appreciated!
