Do Firefox for Android Collections sync with Firefox for Mac?

The title says it all.

I cannot see collections on my Mac and I guess it would be handy to have them on the desktop as well.

Thank you for your feedback.

Collections is a new feature we have introduced in the new Firefox for Android and there may be further changes as we improve it in future updates that may include the ability to sync it using Firefox Sync.
