Hi Patricia, I'm not sure what the issue is with your phone number, but could I suggest looking up Firefox on your device's app store?

Mr Scherr's name is known to me because yomks ago he helped when I was first in firefox now I have thunderbird for emails and it is very good too - if I know something to help someone else it would be fine
