Firefox keeps making it so my task bar won't come up, only for it, even in safe mode.

All of a sudden Firefox covers my ask bar. I am having to keep it our of max size. Going to safe mode doesn't help; the task bar is briefly accessible, but the bug kicks in the moment I try to do anything.
