why cant i get into my firefox acct.

logged into my firefox acct. yesterday. trying to log in today and wont let me. done the reset password 3 or 4 times and it says sent password reset to email but i get nothing, do it again and nothing in email . email address is correct not in spam. dont know why im asking here its a firefox issue but wound up here. really starting to get pissed
