Latest version can't import Safari data from OSX Mojave

Ever since the Mojave update, the ability to import Safari Bookmarks and Reading List doesn't actually complete the job. The normal steps of going to SHOW ALL BOOKMARKS > IMPORT FROM ANOTHER BROWSER, and choosing ALL DATA results in no data actually being imported. Not sure that this is an issue for the community, but rather the Mozilla dev team.
