I'm using the Flame, stable channel, and after a few hours I don't receive calls nor Sms. I have to wake up the phone or to restart it.

When it occurs, my caller ears the ring but my phone does not ring at all. I receive Sms hours after they have bern sent.

This issue makes the phone useless, especially for a daily usage!

Hello, You can try latest stable builds or Nightly builds of Flame. We always recommend to use stable builds. Current stable build is Firefox OS 1.4 From Here you can download the builds: Firefox OS 1.4: Firefox OS 1.4 - Flame Nightly: Firefox OS Nightly - Flame. Also, there is a unofficial Nightly Build image available for Flame from Codingfree. You can download it form here. | Firefox OS Builds

Though we don't recommend to use Nightly, If you would like, you can try. Regards

Hi Krampstudio,

Thank you for providing this additional information. This issue may be resolved on newer updated images for the Flame, which should be available soon.

Here is a comment from Asa Dotzler: "We're working with our partners to get this image up. It's expected real soon now. I'm sorry it's taking so long, but this is mostly out of our control because we (Mozilla) cannot host those images and we're waiting on (and working with) our partner to do so."

In the meantime, if you are an advanced user, it may be possible to flash a newer version of Gecko/Gaia on your device, which might also resolve this issue.

I have done the reset but it seems to be the same.

Which release will come soon ? 1.4? 2.0? And soon means days, weeks or months?

This kind of issue is really annoying and can lead to a bad reputation for this OS.

I've flashed my device with version 2.0 and it seems to be solved. I don't know if version 1.4 solve the issue as well but 2.0 did it.
