Can Private Browsing be disabled?

Is it possible to disable the Private Browsing feature temporarily so it can not be accessed or used on a mobile devise. I do however wish to be able to turn it on at times.

As far as I know, there is no way to disable it in firefox fpr android. But the windows version doea have an option for that.
