I just added the attached add-ons and now I'm being blocked from subscribed sites and others. I think it's related to Java Script as it says on the add-on No Script 11.4.21. How do I remove that add-on? Is there any others I should remove?

I would certainly look at NoScript to start with. This support article should help:
