I am having problems transferring funds from a TD Ameritrade account to my checking. The people at TD say that Firefox doesn't work well on their platform. They suggested I use Chrome, or Explorer. I would like to keep using Firefox. Any suggestions?

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
