Suddenly, new mail doesn't show as new
This morning - probably because of the new Thunderbird update - new email no longer shows as new. It's just unread (and I've got lots of unread mail, for various reasons). My folders no longer show that they have new mail in them, either.
So, when I get an alert that new mail has arrived, and I check Thunderbird, I can't see which folder has new mail. And when I check each folder manually, I can't see which mail just arrived.
Normally, it's not THAT hard to figure out, of course. But it's definitely a change for the worse. Is this intended, or is there a problem? Is there a setting I can change? I looked all through "Options," but didn't find anything.
Thanks.

OK, please ignore my original request. Weirdly, it seems to be working again, now. It's hard to tell for sure - maybe it's just working on the main folder, not the subfolders? - because I haven't received enough email to tell for sure.
But for now, let me just put this on hold. I'll come back and comment later, one way or another. Thanks.

Yeah, sorry about this. For some reason, it started working again. I recently had a computer crash and had to install a new hard drive and reinstall all of my programs. Maybe it had something to do with that? Otherwise, I can't explain it. But everything is working fine now.
