I want to delete messages on my computer from my android phone.
Email messages on my computer also are displayed on my android phone. After reading an email message on my phone I would like to delete it not only on my phone but also on my computer at home.

Mail accounts can be set up using a number of different connection protocols. The IMAP protocol is used to create a replica of your mail server folders on your device. Any changes on either end are mirrored to the other. The POP3 protocol just downloads copies of what is in your inbox on the server. The previously downloaded copies do not get updated when you take action on the messages on the server.
So it's possible that one or both of your devices might need a change in how they are set up, but it would be great to get more information about how you have it set now to provide specific steps.

Further clarification ...
Firefox doesn't actually "do email". But Firefox will display web mail as a web page at the website where your email resides. Delete your email from the "web mail" website and it won't appear on any device - gone from all devices.

I read my mail in Thunderbird. I have POP3 protocol. Is that helpful?

So in order to have Thunderbird reflect the actual Inbox and other folders on the server, you would need to switch to IMAP. I've never done that myself, but there is an article here with information about it. You might also want to wait for expert comments, tips, etc.
