Today I had a pop up saying that Firefox 30.0 was available for install, but I declined to install it at that moment as I wasy busy doing something else, when I later returned to install it by clicking, Help, About Firefox, clicking restart Firefox does absolutely nothing whatsoever. How in the world do I get 30.0 to install? I thought perhaps it was something odd with my install but tried it on another PC and got the same result. The update/restart firefox appears to not work at all?? This has occurred on both a PC with Windows 8.1 Pro 64bit and Window 7 Home Premium 64bit. Any advice?
