It says go to: Tools, Account settings I don't show Acct.settings under Tools or anywhere else
My folder contents are being deleted. I need to change the time or disk space allotted to these. However, I cannot find Account settings under Tools or anywhere else in the Menu.

Account Settings is only under Tools when using the Menu Bar. If the Menu Baris not showing on your system, press the alt key.
If you want to have the help topics match your menu system, i suggest that you turn the old menu toolbars on. Some genius decided to move everything around under the AppMenu button.
Alt to make the Menu Bar appear. View-Toolbars turn them back on.
If using the AppMenu button, click that, hover over Options and Account Settings will appear.
