You are obviously using the AppMenu and not the Menu bar. Account Settings are a main menu choice under AppMenu and under tools on the menu bar Press the alt key to make a hidden menu bar appear.

Tools/Account Settings menu box only partially appears - just the top of the box. Tried pressing the Option (Mac) key when hitting Account Settings but didn't change the appearance.
