I-Firefox ye-Android Isithangami Sokwesekwa

When a private tab is opened, it lets me know in the silent notifications on my phone with the "swipe or tap to close" the tab/s. However, once I close the private tab that notification remains. When I click or swipe the notification it goes for a second and comes back despite not having a private tab open. Even with normal tabs open it does the same thing. Force stopping the app gets rid of it but the second a private tab is opened it returns.

I understand I can just turn off that notification but it's useful to have. Was just wondering if there is a fix or setting anyone knows of or how I can report this to Mozilla?

This has been happening the last several evenings. I switch back and forth a lot between Upwords and Firefox. I'm typically browsing a mastodon instance, kbin dot social, or imdb dot com. When screen goes black, if I'm typing it may alternate between normal and black on each keypress. Force quit and restart makes the problem go away for a while.

Let's say I googled "rectal cancer" on a daily basis 6 months ago. I had quite a challenging time, but thankfully that problem got sorted and I'm ready to put it all behind me.

Problem: I don't want "rectal cancer" showing up in my search suggestions ever again.

I can go to the "History" panel and search for "rectal cancer" to find all the unwanted history entries BUTT I can't delete any of them. The history panel doesn't allow searching and deleting at the same time. So the only option I have is to clear my entire history, or scroll down my history manually for hours to find all the entries I want to remove.

Isn't this almost unbelievably stupid?

I gotta ask... why isn't there a setting to remove private browsing on firefox? Now yeah sure it's free security but we got add ons for that. I've always felt like private browsing and incognito stuff is just a way to go to pornhub feeling secured from criticism. Dear team, 1) thanks for your work! 2) I can observe a quite important problem which could make me uninstall the app. Mozilla is now draining much power, even while not using it (e.g. at night where I can monitor the problem). I can observe that since I switched to a pixel 8 phone. (Which has itself a poor living battery). The phone can hardly survive a day and a night without being charged. And when charged on everything. It can loose up to 30% battery until the morning. Another phone could be 5%. What really strange is android show me that during that period of time Mozilla was responsible for 90% of this leakage. I encountered page refresh problem everytime. today i was paying bill on firfox and i was redirected to UPI app to complete payment, but when i came back to firefox page, it refreshed and whole progress and payment stuck. please resolve this issue soon.

My Firefox doesn't have the collections section on the home tab anymore. I reinstalled after I uninstalling to try and get drm files to run on it again. I don't know where it went or how to put it back. I've looked at every setting I could. How do I get it back so I can access my collections again
