I-Firefox ye-Android Isithangami Sokwesekwa

I use Firefox to save and autofill passwords, which has worked perfect for years. It still works correctly on a Windows PC, but the problem is on my Huawei P30 pro phone. It used to work correctly but I tried using the phones password manager for both websites and Apps, as a safety back up. I got confused because I was getting 2 lots of suggested log ons. Therefore I switched off everything apart from Firefox. Save passwords and autofill are enabled and some websites load correctly. However some websites where the family have a variety of logons I get all the suggested logons. The list of all usernames and passwords appear but when I touch them they don't automatically fill in. If I go into the password manager on Firefox on my phone all the correct details are saved but they just don't transfer to the website. It is strange because some sites do take the password - I'm not sure but I think it's when there are a variety of possible Loggins. I tried clearing all cookies, and logged out of Firefox and back in but still have the issue. Firefox sync is still working OK.

For some reason, when I open a link on another app, the browser just stays on a blank screen. The loading bar doesn't even appear. I tried to do Open in Firefox, but it does the same thing, and it even makes it so any time I try to go to another tab or try to go to a different website immediately after, it gets stuck on the blank screen as well. I had to force close the app and reopen it to fix it. I don't know if it's a firewall issue or incompatibility.

Recently I found that I can't access to on all saved loigns and password on my phone Android Samsung. The face recognition pops out but failed to recognize and allow me to go the list. ... all things are correct on my phone. The face recognition is working, one time un-install Firefox and Re-install again, nothing fixed.

There is no other solution that even can use my pattern to unlock.

I'm getting a blue dot on the hamburger icon and when I tap the burger icon there's a blue dot next to "install" on the drop-down menu. However when I switch to another tab there's no Blue Dot and there's no install menu item.

What is the install icon wanting me to install and if it's a Firefox update why isn't this blue dot showing on all of my open tabs?

So i just got back on using firefox then this annoying bug keeps happening which is i cannot play a single video thats in full screen mode even though i already click the expand button, any site from youtube, imdb etc. will not play in full screen.

There always this gray area from top like in the line of the front cam of my phone. Before i can watch videos in full screen but now idk whats happening.

This is a problem I've been having on and off for a while now. It seems to only happen on specific web sites, and only in Firefox (I use the Beta browser). On some sites the issue seems intermittent, while on others it's there every time. The issue is this: it seems that my keyboard (SwiftKey) fails to correctly recognize text input fields as such. Some times this leads to text input being doubled, as the autocorrect system fails to remove the direct input to replace it with the corrected word. Typically it means every word is capitalized, as every word is seen by the keyboard as the first word in a field. Some times the keyboard doesn't open at all. Erasing text is often either entirely impossible or extremely slow, as is navigating already input text.

Ive tried clearing both browser and keyboard caches with no change. Visiting the same sites in Chrome has everything work as intended.

I think it was Firefox 52 or somewhere around the time that Firefox 52 came out, there was an addon that allowed users to spoof their device. I could make my Android phone appear to various websites, to be a Computer, a Tablet, an iphone, etc. Does Firefox still have that Addon? If so, how can I download it? If not, does anyone know where I might find a similar one?

I have Firefox synced with my mobile and my desktop. I have a number of logins and passwords saved. When I go to a site I get suggested logins, I click on the appropriate one, and up until recently, whether on my cell or desktop it filled in and I click and can login. It recently stopped working on my cell. I can bring up the webpage, I still get suggested logins and click the appropriate one but nothing gets filled in, no user name and no password. I have logged out and relogged in, resync'd and it still doesn't work. Any suggestions before I stop using Firefox and look for another browser that works on desktop and cell?

I just finished setting up my new pc with Windows 11 (Feb 2023 updates) and installed Firefox 110.0.1) and wanted to transfer my logins, passwords, etc, from my Android 12 Phone's Firefox 110.1.0, and other pcs. A window popped up giving instructions how to sync my phone, as follow:

• • • Sync Firefox on you phone or tablet. 1) open Firefox on your Mobile Device. 2) Go to the menu (<ios>&<android>menu examples shown) and tap sync and save data. 3. Tap ready to scan and hold your phone over this code.***

I'm 73, have used Firefox since first release in 2004. In all these years I have never seen SYNC in the instructions to "sync and save and to point the phone at a barcode-thingy" or at least not in this world. The instructions made it seem like SYNC was right there to see, but I had to dig thru layes of options to finally find it. You can blaim it on my 73 yr old brain, I guess, but nothing like these instructions exist in Windows or Android firfox. What in the world are your programmers smokin' these days. I would just as soon open up Edge or Chrome and did up the passwords I need to log into my banking and creditcard accounts...heck, it seems like MAYBE I should just dump Firefox after almost 20 years and just use those other browsers. At least there instructions are much simpler that this ol' man can follow. Please have someone review your published helps info on your webpages, and help those Sr. citizens like me to more easily find what we need without calling up grandsons or granddaughters for help (their parents are worse than I am at most techy stuff!) Autofill stopped working on Android. I try to tick on and off both the boxes for autofill in settings. It has absolutely no effect on how the browser works. When I go to a website I want to log in to, it shows suggested logins at the bottom. I can click on a selected saved user but nothing ever happens, not a single field is filled. When I turn off the autofill triggers in settings suprisingly autofill menu is still displayed on any page. Reinstalling did not work. Please help me. I was enjoying this browser but its a dealbreaker for me. My phone is Xiaomi Mi note pro 10 but I doubt it makes a difference

Hi, I have a Samsung Galaxy S10E phone. Firefox used to (with my permission) autofill all previously saved id/passwords in all apps. Now I receive a message stating 'unlock Firefox'. My phone itself does not have an password and I don't want it to. Please advise, thank you.

When I try to logon to some sites, Google Drive for instance, the input field lose focus when I click and try to use my saved logins and the field stays empty. I go to the URL, click the account name field, then the suggested logins (not sure what the exact English header says, since my settings are in Swedish), and it sort of quickly flicker and then the saved accounts and passwords comes up, but by then the field has lost its focus.
