When I visit new website, browser shows prompt :Add to home screen, it is so irritating, I hope firefox team will look in to it,when user need, user will add website to home screen, there is no need for it.

Kiedy rozwinięcie chociaż trochę menedżer pobierania na androida? Nawet na PC jest baaardzo uproszczony ale na Androidzie to już tragedia. Nie widać co jest pobierane, skąd, dokąd, z jaką prędkością... Menedżer jest się jakby go nie było.

I have the same issue that users "graccy99" and "Matt" previously described in 2022: any time I navigate to a new page using the address/search bar, the entire page shows up in very faded colors. It goes back to normal if I click in the address bar, then go to all my open tabs, and back into the tab I was just in. However, doing this every time I make a search or navigate to a new website is untenable.

I'm using a Galaxy Tab S7 FE in dark mode. The other users who brought this up were also using Galaxy tablets. Would appreciate any advice, since I don't see any solutions posted from previous times users have brought up this same issue. Thanks.

I'm having trouble getting firefox to use the rear camera on my phone when scanning qr codes for a web page. The old solution appears to have been to reset Firefox's camera permissions and from there you could change which camera the app would use. However, this feature appears to have been removed as Firefox will now default to my selfie camera, which is very inconvenient. Is there an option I'm not able to see in the app or a work around for this issue? Thanks in advance for the help!

I use Firefox on Android. My phone/tablet is configured in English, but I would like Firefox's voice search feature to recognize my voice in French. I know that Firefox uses Google Speech to recognize my voice, but here is my problem : on every Google app/feature on my Android devices, Google Speech is configured in French and it works flawlessly (even though I have a Phone configured in English).

But I find no way to tell Firefox's voice recognition feature that I speak French...even when I set Firefox's language in French, nothing changes.

It there anything I'm missing ?

Firefox 125.0 Beta 9. Why so much memory usage in background when Firefox is not open and in use? (See Screenshot). Never noticed this before on previous Beta versions. Otherwise this version works good and no crashes.

Every day as far as I can remember, when I clicked on on The Fire Fox symbol I got a page of my favorites. This morning, and all day I get an Xfinity page. What happened, and how is it fixed? Xfinity says it's not their fault it's Fire Fox's problem

I have noticed that for the past several months Firefox for Android begins draining my battery after being installed for around 2 weeks. I'm using a Google Pixel 7 (128GB) running Android 14 (AP1A.240405.002) in the UK.

At first, I thought this was being caused by an add-on, so I reinstalled without add-ons and slowly started enabling them day by day until I caught the culprit (which if I recall correctly was Dark Reader). However, even after I disabled the Dark Reader add-on the problem persisted, and no matter how many times I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, the background battery drain issues would eventually come back after ~2 weeks of being installed.

At present I have only three add-ons enabled in the browser: ClearURLs, Decentraleyes, and uBlock Origin. I have used these add-ons in the browser for years without any issues.

It's now got the point where I am so fed up with this issue and the need to constantly reinstall that I will be using a different browser for the time being until this is fixed. I really want to use Firefox as I use it on all my other devices, but this is too much of an issue for me to ignore.

I've included screenshots of my phone's battery consumption whilst I'm asleep, and whilst I'm watching Youtube on my TV over lunch. Both of these are times I'm not using Firefox.

Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Sometimes I have a need to copy or edit part of very long URL that includes many passed parameters and tokens in address bar of FireFox for Android. Having to swipe twenty times to get to required position in string is not very convenient comparing to ease of such procedure on PC where you have mouse and Home/End keys.

I'd like to request for a new feature of on/off toggle for address bar in FF for Android that could switch it into multiline edit mode where all URL would be visible and easily navigated and edited. I just don't know where to submit it.

Videos "stuttering"/ choppy but audio is fine. Tried watching in many sites but have the same problem. Videos is working fine in other browsers.

i use Microsoft rewards program, in Firefox browser beta I get only mobile search points, desktop searching are not counting, I hope Firefox team will fix this issue sooner.

On Firefox browser (default release or even Firefox nightly) on Android (release 14 or any earlier) when I share link to Gmail app while on YouTube Web site not YouTube app resultant email has a blank email subject

However above does correctly populate subject when using Chrome or it's derivatives like Bravo browser

I use the Android beta version of Firefox to open the website as shown in the picture. I've turned on the option Ask me when opening links with external apps in settings. When I clicked the Open APP button in the upper right corner, there was no pop-up window asking me whether to open Quark Browser as expected, but it was downloaded directly. However, when I visit some other websites such as Zhihu, the correct pop-up window appears. What is the problem?

G'day, I have more than one email accounts. I use gmail for most of my email, but I am now subscribed to ProtonMail for important mail, as well as for secure email. ProtonMail also gives me the ability to send, and receive encrypted email between family, friends and others who can receive and send encrypted email. Then from within gmail, I have multiple accounts for different uses, such as regular email, email from eBay, different devices etc... Looking around the relay add-on, I can't find any settings or mention of multiple accounts. It just looks like it only works with the main account.

Is this possible? Maybe on the pro version? If it's not currently possible, can I request that feature in a future version?
