I face this two issues:

1- if you open a photo inside google search, you can't change the browser to Desktop mod

2- I was registering on one of the sites and i leave for second on another app... When i return i found that all the data that i enter to register was removed because firefox refreshing the page 🥲

The second issue need to be fix because i use another browsers when i want to register for Governmental things, for example, that require me to enter the passport number, which is in the photo gallery...

There is a lot of data that you entered and then it is deleted in an instant when you move to another application for a few seconds (there must be a strong temporary storage space

Lately, Firefox for Android has started "forgetting" active tabs. I have changed absolutely nothing in the settings. Most of the Active Tabs I've had for years are gone. Now I only have about 5 left & they get corrupted every couple of days. For example, the 3rd one in the attached Screenshot: I'm playing "catch-up" on old Guardian crosswords, currently on 15,179. At irregular intervals, say every couple of days, it gets replaced with an older one, 15,166 for example. I suspect it must have been changed in the Version released on March 19, 2024 (124.0)

I recently got a new phone and have logged into Firefox Sync. I can see all of the tabs from my old phone, but how can I open all of the tabs at once in the new phone without having to click one tab at a time? I've tried going on desktop and opening the sync account and using crtl+h to see all the tabs, but I only open the tabs that were on my phone on the desktop browser, not send the tabs to my new phone.

When I close a tab right before closing the app, it will be back when I return. the only way to prevent it is to load a different tab between closing the previous one and closing the app.

I use the Firefox app for Android on a regular basis.

For a long time I have found one unpleasant problem with tabs, when I open a new tab and notice that the remaining 107 old tabs are open, I cannot close all tabs except the current one. I can close all tabs, but the current one will close too. Sometimes I have to look for a link in the browsing history after that, it can takes several minutes. It would be convenient, in addition to the inactive tabs section, to be able to simply close everything except the current one.

Maybe there is already such a function without using third-party mods on Firefox?

Hi, I can use firefox anymore, because it is not usable. If I switch between programs in Android, example firefox to mBanka, then back to Firefox, tab in Firefox will reload and cannot complete forms! All lines are clear. Next problem: If I reuse tab, I cannot load new page, I must close this tab and use new one.

My Firefox Android tabs in grid view constantly get reset.

I can open 5 new tabs and them be in order and at the bottom, since they are the last viewed. Then when I reopen Firefox they are gone and tabs I had closed before are back there.

My history tab is also always blank unless I search.

I appreciate any help :)

How do I dublicate a tab in the android app as I would in the flatpak/desktop application?

(I do know that I can create a new tab, copy the adress from the old tab, paste it into the adressbar of the new tab and hit enter, but this doesn't keep the "forward/backwards history" as on desktop, and it is really slow.)

Hello, How is it possible to run different instances of Firefox on Windows and on Android? I would like to have for the same user e.g., Firefox_1 with one set of open tabs and Firefox_2 with a different set of open tabs. Is this possible, and if so, how to do it on Windows and how on Android? Or, is there another way of selecting in Firefox between two (or more) windows with different sets of open tabs? chromebook here, mine acts like a regular android so i guess it counts right? But how do i mute a site like you can on chrome? Keep in mind i just joined this app today...well yesterday due to the fact its 12:00

I am struggling to try to like Firefox Mobile. I have Firefox Mobile version 114.2.0 on my Samsung S23 Ultra phone with Android 13, and 114.1.1 on my S7+ tablet. I do not like having to click the little button next to the address bar to open a screen showing blocks or tiles for the tabs have open. I have used Firefox on my PC since it was a new browser in beta. But I have never used it as my primary phone and tablet simply because of the way it forces use of those blocks or tiles on a separate screen instead of showing always visible tabs across the top of the browser. I can not find anything in Settings to force it to display tabs instead of those blocks/tiles. What do I need to do to force it to show tabs and have them always visible?

I currently am using Dolphin as my primary mobile browser, but I can not sync my PC Firefox bookmarks with Dolphin. I just got the new phone and want to make the switch so that I can sync bookmarks, but I will not switch until I can see the tabs across the top.

yOUR LATEST UPDATE HAS RUINED MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE USED TO BE GREAT FIREFOx. How can I get back the tabs with the "=" sign to add new tabs like it used to work before? I am having problems navigating and I have spent countless hours being very frustrated trying to fix the useless new tool bar view. Its just a waste of time. Please, help us fix this, I don't want to go wake and broke!

I'd love to have a feature where I can choose to open all my synced tabs on a new device at once instead of having it as a list under synced, as it would look on the original device I have them opened on. Maybe have that option to open all tabs under synced.

I have to use a payroll app for android that logs in on the default browser, mine being Firefox. After logging in on Firefox, I am redirected to the app. The issue is the tab on Firefox doesn't close, so every time I open Firefox it takes me to the payroll app before I can close the tab or even do anything. Restarting my phone seems to fix the issue, but that's unrealistic to have to do that every time I open an app that logs in through the default browser.

I am unable to open multiple Firefox windows for Android when in split screen sometimes I require to look at multiple tabs at the same time and I use split screen with multiple Chrome windows to look at both simultaneously. But the same feature does not seem to be available for firefox.

When I open a link within another app, like Facebook or Discord, it usually opens a version of Firefox inside that app, without all the full features. And that's fine, because usually I just want to read whatever it is quickly, and move on. However, I've noticed that if I change apps or let the screen time out when I have one of these links open, the screen will be black or blank when I open it again. I have to go back and click the link again to make it load. Refreshing doesn't work, and if I go to the menu and click "Open in Firefox" after this happens, that tab will never load. I have to copy the URL and open a new tab to load it.

Obviously, I can get around this by choosing the "Open in Firefox" option as soon as I load the page in the first place, but I don't really want to have to open a new tab in my browser every time I want to read a news article on FB or open a meme someone sent me. Overall, I really love Firefox, but this is a problem I didn't have with Chrome, and I'm not seeing anything in the settings to change it. Is this a common issue, and can it be fixed?

When I go to use Firefox on my Android LG G7 Verizon I always been able to share from the cell phone to my home PC say a tab that I want to read later lately I noticed that my laptop is showing up my PC is showing up but also my PC is showing up twice I have a screenshot I don't know if I can uploaded. The first pink circle (Damon)is my home PC. I don't know why there's 2? that's my question the other one is my laptop Pegasus I recently had a bsod and was unable to recover from it had to reinstall maybe that's why but I can't figure out how to get rid of it. Tab reordering is important to many users. About two years ago, Chrome added this feature, but Firefox removed it. Just recently I found that TAB re-arranging works again in the Night build on Android. When approximately we can when expect this feature in the Release?
