video on websites dont play very smoothly. they are always choppy, and look like they are playing on a really low frame rate. the same os true for youtube, instagram where it is very laggy when any video is played. ps. im on android, cant seem to open about:config area

For the love of God and all that is holy, make me not pissed off. I have a red star over my Firefox browser icon, yet when I go into it, it does not direct me to what needs addressing. The red star will not go away. Fix your shit. You've also pissed me off further, for the fact that I have to resort to swearing.

For several months, whenever I need something auto filled, the only thing that pops up is a button that reads "Unlock Firefox" instead of the appropriate saved info. This button does nothing when tapped and when held down, there is tactile click, but then nothing.

Every now and then the screen if my phone gets blank and regains it's gorm may be it seems some overlapping issues through system interventions as I could see a shared browser is present in my phone of wch I am not aware off. Hi. When I download and use this app, it enables location services by default, and when I turn it off it tells me that doing so may negatively affect the app's function. I was told FireFox was the best browser for privacy, but it makes me share my location with the app by default? Is there a way to fix this? Thanks.

After some recent updates, I cannot download any file, especially pdf.

"Share" -> "Save as PDF" does not work for me.

When I click any download button, either for pdf or other type of file, the download progress bar is animated indefinitely without any visible progress, no files are appearing on my phone.

When I use the back button, odds are that it goes back twice instead of just once in my history. This is especially problematic for websites like Reddit, where each discussion is a new page - but two pages ago isn't the reddit website at all!

Firefox mobile sometimes zooms in without able to zoom out on all sites. Seems to only happen whenever the samsung app store updates it. for context, i downloaded firefox through google play store but the samsung store for some reason updates the app every now and then. It happened twice so far, and reinstalling it on the play store seems to fix it

Firefox has been a great browser on my new S22 however I have noticed recently that it has been dropping my battery percentage extremely fast, and I notice its lower almost every minute I check. This is confirmed in the battery settings menu where it shows an abnormally high amount of usage, when I mainly use Firefox for general browsing and close background tabs.

When I close a tab right before closing the app, it will be back when I return. the only way to prevent it is to load a different tab between closing the previous one and closing the app.

hi team, i think there is something wrong with firefox's battery utilisation. as shown in my screenshots above, i dont use browser much day to day but the battery usage is ridiculous compared to youtube etc.

1. i started noticing huge battery consumption on 29th jan when i decided to check my battery utilisation just for fun. realised it has been happening all the time. 2. i then put firefox into deep sleep when not in use to restrict background usage on 30th jan thinking it will help. 3. woke up on 31st jan (today) with firefox still running in the background when im asleep despite putting it into deep sleep and now having to force stop whenever i use firefox (which is not sustainable)

please advice/fix this issue if possible. for context, im using the s24 ultra.

Just updated Firefox, now it doesn't respond to clicks, not can I select text, websites don't load, all the tabs are at half -resolution. Unusable. Need to use it.
