having a problem on many websited including wikipedia on android firfox, unless zoomed in much of the text is inivisable, cutting off half way through words, as you soom in text reapears in bits and pieces as if gradulally being uncovered

I have noticed that mobile browsers (including Firefox Mobile) don't seem to give you the option to clear cookies and other website data on close while preserving website… (funda kabanzi)

I have noticed that mobile browsers (including Firefox Mobile) don't seem to give you the option to clear cookies and other website data on close while preserving website info/cookies of sites you want to keep logged into.

Is this a feature that will eventually be implemented in Firefox? Or is there some kind of limitation in Android/iOS that makes implementing this not possible or tricky?

Add ons not syncing on Android

Hi All, On desktop I have uBlock Origin and in the Sync list option "add ons" it ticked. On Android I can't see "add ons" in the Sync list option and if I go to the ad… (funda kabanzi)

On desktop I have uBlock Origin and in the Sync list option "add ons" it ticked.

On Android I can't see "add ons" in the Sync list option and if I go to the add ons settings I can only see the Recommended. uBlock Origin is listed but it looks like I have to install it again on Android, it is not automatically there.

Is this normal? Do I have to reinstall it?

firefox freezes, uses too much data

Please, please, please... bring back the pre v. 100 ability to not remember History, and to completely Close Apps when closing Firefox!!! (& to really not remember… (funda kabanzi)

Please, please, please... bring back the pre v. 100 ability to not remember History, and to completely Close Apps when closing Firefox!!! (& to really not remember history, or tabs)

High data use and freezing makes that I have to go into Settings/Apps/Firefox/Storage/cache and delete all, because Firefox froze at each use, as it was suddenly remembering every site opened, despite my checking the boxes not to remember upon closing. Many sites are opened accidentally, as Firefox is the default browser. Not really closing any site, so I run out of data room? (Deleting app data fixes the unresponsive app.)

I really miss the pre 100 versions, when Firefox was dependable, fast, and lean in data use. And tried all the other new versions, but they all have the same site cookies hoarding problem. That is a very data heavy way to be fast, that leads to a lot of crashes where internet infrastructure is minimal.
