Dear Sir or Madam,

Today I left a review of the Firefox app for android, stating that the search engine reverts to Bing regardless of which search engine I have set as my default.

Whilst a member of your time kindly responded very quickly and gave me a link to your help page, I followed the steps advised but the search engine is still randomly redirecting to Bing, and I would like to know how to remove this option from the Android app complete.

My phone is Pixel Pro 7 running Android 14 with the latest security updates installed.

After the latest update I started to get Firefox notifications on my phone for local news stories. When I click on the notification, Firefox opens but never opens the news article, it either opens the last tab I was reading, or if all tabs are closed, it opens a blank tab. I can't go back & try again because the notification has gone!

Hi, I am trying to find when I visited a web site to have an online chat. The event is listed in my history but at over 30 days old and there does not appear to be a date associated with it. The reason I need this is because easyjet have asked for it because I was unable to register a damage claim within 7 days of a loss and the only proof I have is the online chat but that failed part way through (I dont know why!) Hello. I noticed that on the current version of Firefox browser on Android, there seems to be no button to download the current webpage as a HTML file? Would such a feature be considered in the future?

Can't sign in to sync. Whenever I try to sign in (the first time) I get told there's been too many tries and to try again in 15 minutes. I can't believe I'm actually wasting time trying to get this to work when every other browser from fifteen year old Chaddie Punchwalls living in his grandmother's basement can manage this. Firefox needs to work on stealing ideas from successful browsers, successfully.
