I-Firefox iOS Isithangami Sokwesekwa

For the last month or so, every time I try to open a link in an E-mail and sometimes other links, Firefox puts up your little yellow header banner to tell me you have "prevented a pop-up" - these are not pop-ups, but links ! This is stopping me opening links to Facebook, Nextdoor and any other links sent in E-mails. Links in Al Jazeera, CNN, and BBC on line work just so you know the full picture. This is partly annoying, but more seriously I am still working, (SE) and it is only a matter of time before I have something serious that I will not be able to deal with if I can not open the link to it. Also, and it may or may not be connected, some time ago, back end of 23, before I became aware of the above problem, I started to be unable to preview PDF's before sending them. I just get a blank page. Not great when you consider that most of my invoices are sent electronically, but at least even tho' I can't see them, to check, they are getting to my customers. The link problem is of course the more annoying/serious one and definitely to do with Firefox, by your own admission of the yellow header notification. HELP. Oh ! my E-mail is goblander@hotmail.com, because if you reply here, and I get sent an E-mail........I wont be able to use the link, will I !! See the problem !

Hi - I deleted & reinstalled Firefox focus for IOS because I was unable to email myself articles from FF. Now, every time I open an email on my Protonmail app, instead of it opening in Safari, it opens in FF (where I have Safari turned off). What have I done? (lol) And could you please help?

My Firefox keeps going into private browsing on its own. I deleted the app and cleared it and it’s done it again. When I go into settings there is no way for me to uncheck private browsing

After entering a potential URL or just something you want to search within the default search you see the search suggestions.

However, every single time I try to scroll on my search suggestions, it suddenly hides the URL entering interface which includes all of the suggestions making it impossible to scroll through suggestions.

This seems to be related to an intended automatic keyboard hiding behavior, but instead the entire interface goes away and you’re left with the previous webpage you were on.

Recently on my iPad and iPhone, clicking valid links in either my browser (Firefox) or e-mail (Outlook), a new tab will open to the “about:blank” page, and nothing more.

Prevent websites from auto-reloading while reading/scrolling. Sites where this reloading problem occurs reliably (so you can test, for example), include HuffingtonPost and CNN.

I need to set the output audio for an specific browser. I need someone to chat and access my laptop for help. I am using Krisp. I am trying to select the output audio in the settings of Firefox but nothing is happening

i’m not sure how to explain this. on only one site (arstechnica.com) the page displays odd coloring and freezes if sorted by votes, and as of today, if selecting the next page. it’s truly bizarre. other browsers don’t do this, only ff. i prefer ff though and would appreciate your help, thank you.

Recently, I reported a glitch with e-mail messages from you. The text of the messages was darkened either completely or almost to the point of being unreadable--actually, backgrounded--always at least partially covered by a pop-up telling about the trackers that were derailed by the DuckDuckGo browser. Since then, I have made a discovery: The problem occurs when using Apple's iPhone Mail app, but not at all when using Microsoft's iPhone Outlook app. It should be noted that e-mails from you go to my Microsoft (Outlook.com) account. When firefox updated all of a sudden when I go to youtube sound will not play. My music has sound, when I go to chrome and safari youtube has sound. I have done everything in your help section (Not blocking - allowing audio on all websites etc), clearing cache and cookies and restarting - still no audio

When I scan any QR code it goes to a Firefox start page instead of the site the code it’s written to. The same for links from other apps. My software is up to date. I have tried powering down and restarting. I really like Firefox and would like to keep it as my primary browser. What should I check?
