I-Firefox iOS Isithangami Sokwesekwa

I’ll use the example of movie times. In the IMDB app you can pick movie times, that link sends you to my web browser (Firefox) which opens to the homepage, but that’s it. It doesn’t do anything else, it doesn’t even attempt to open a page. It’s been happening for a while. What am I doing wrong g?

I have tried erasing my browser history, cookies, etc. from the history tab and also from inside settings. However, the history is still intact. Looking for some help, I think it may be a bug. Thanks

I am not receiving my email. When I try to, I am told to enter password. Even when creating a new password, I continue to get the same request to enter my password. I don't know how to get out of this predicament. Need help!

I'm not entirely certain what to list this under... Mozilla Firefox updated a few weeks ago, not entirely certain which version started this issue. However, in the past, when I go to log into my Capital One app on iOS, the password function with Firefox on my iOS keyboard would automatically identify the Capital One login page through the app, and suggest my Capital One password accordingly.

Nowadays, after whichever update it was, now I have to type Capital One into the search bar for the password function. The password page also doesn't come up on dark mode, even though it did in the past, and my system settings are set to have everything in dark mode. Therefore, I'm wondering if it is user error or some thing that needs to be fixed on the back end.

Uninstalled and reinstalled both the Capital One and the Firefox app, as well as restarting my phone (iPhone 13). Nothing has changed. Thanks for your help.

I always have trouble playing videos unless I restart Firefox. Today (3/22) I received notice that Firefox had been updated. Now I can't play videos even when I restart Firefox.

Hello: I’m running iOS 17.3.1 on iPhone. The problem I’m experiencing: I used to see the Recommended by Pocket articles on my iOS Firefox homepage, but they stopped appearing a few weeks ago. I’ve searched for a resolution, but all I can find are the steps for customizing/personalizing my HomePage: the problem is that although I’m signed into my Firefox/Mozilla account and have chosen Firefox as my Homepage for New Tabs, and I’ve signed out, restarted the app and changed my Firefox settings several times, the option: ‘Recommended by Pocket’ ( along with the actual articles appearing on the homepage) doesn’t even appear anymore: I’m at a loss as to locating that option, as well as, again, seeing the Recommended Articles as they appeared previously. Since updating to 123.4 it frequently happens that I tap a link in a website and it loads about:blank and won’t stop doing that until I force quit Firefox and restart it

Recently on my older iPad (5th generation) whenever I do an image search and click on a highlighted image (any highlighted image) or the corresponding thumbnail link, doing so always and only results in a blank page. If however, I choose the option to open the image in a new tab, then and only then does the search go to the desired site. All the other search options seem to work fine.

I have cleared my caches and deleted my histories to no avail. Removing and reinstalling Firefox did not help. Rebooting didn’t do it either. Have I caught a malware that my antivirus protection has failed to detect? Is it a bug in the app?

I’m stumped.

All my inactive tabs on Firefox iOS are unable to be opened, whenever I tap on them the page won’t load and I can’t even copy the url from the search bar since there’s nothing there, and half the time the app crashes too whenever I’m on one of the inactive tabs.

I also can’t use the hamburger menu to copy the link or send to another device, and though the tab thumbnail is saved in the cache the page itself refuses to load.

Is there a way to bring them back? I’m running the latest version of the app and iOS.

I honestly don’t khow to describe this, but when I open YouTube, there’s a random chance for it to redirect me to the YouTube app and to add insult to injury, signs me out of the YouTube site on Firefox too… I have no idea how to fix this, I tried everything I could think of

There is an on/off switch in the Android version of Firefox: Setting>Customize>Scroll to hide toolbar that is not there is the iOS version, that I use on my iPad. I've looked everywhere in the iPad version's settings, but that entire section (Customize) isn't there. Is there some way to make the toolbar in the iOS version visible all the time? It's really useful when I've scrolled down to read a page and need to switch tabs, something I do quite a lot.

Any else seeing this lately?

for some time now I have not been able to download anything from homepages. The download window pops up, but it is a 0 file. I have uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it, but unfortunately this has not worked. What can I do?

I am trying to sign into a website using a username and password. I am using an iPad Pro. When I touch in the username field, I get a popup at the bottom of my screen reading " for xxxx.xxx.edu -- Firefox [username] I touch that and get a message from Firefox saying: "To use the AutoFill feature for Firefox, you must have a device passcode enabled. The issue is I DO have a device passcode enabled. I don't know why Firefox is giving me this message and at that point, all I can to is cancel and return to the website login screen. Any suggestions or help? Thanks much!

NUMEROUS websites respond that I need to enable JavaScript when I'm using Firefox bruiser on both my phone and in my Mac. How do I do this?
