Firefox has been my default browser, but when I click on a link in an email newsletter, for example, often I get to the Firefox homepage instead of the link. I have to click a second time to get the linked page itself. When I search with Firefox and click on a link, I may get there, but if I try to go back to the search page, the page crashes and I'm taken to the Firefox home page. I fear I will lose my saved passwords if I uninstall and reinstall--is there any alternative?

I'm responsible for updating a website bluenelson.org. A section of the home page will not display on my Mac but it does display when I use Safari. I've update all the software, rebooted and I'm out of options. Can someone help me?

Firefox has become basically unusable since the iOS 17.1.2 update. Everything is extremely slow — opening a tab, selecting the address bar, waiting for keyboard to load, typing, loading results etc. Only after the wait at each step to load a web page does it become navigable as long as I stay there and don’t leave to return later. I’m on latest version in app store. Been a Firefox user since my first smartphone and beyond that on a PC. I prefer Firefox, but I downloaded the DuckDuckGo browser just to have something responsive for basic web searches. Please help.

I just updated my Firefox web browser app to Version 118 from app store. Since then, the app is not functional at all. Most of my tabs won't load, and the app crashes every time I open it. I am on ios 16.7.

Using Firefox iOS I can't access icloud.com. I get the message "your browser is not supported." Other browser work fine (safari and chrome) but not Firefox. I am using 116.2 (33536). Uninstall and re-install did not solve the problem

I have had hundreds of tabs open both on the normal and private side but now when i scroll back to try to access them, they appear blank. For some of them, the title shows, but for others, they are completely blank. I have tried to refresh them but it does not solve the problem, i still cannot see them. I also, cannot hit back / forward to navigate the the previous page for a particular empty tab. This is extremely frustrating because I have things that I need to go back to but now when I do, it is empty. Can you please help to resolve this issue as I really do not want to loose this information that I had on these tabs. I am providing some screenshots to display the issue.

I have an Iphone 11 Pro with iOS version 16.5.1, and I have been having some problems with the Firefox app. I have a number of tabs on my browser, with some of them being very old. I was trying to clear some of them up and I noticed that a good portion of them will not load. Even though I can see their titles in the tab, when I select them, only a blank white page loads up, not even with a URL bar, so I am unable to reload the site. When I try to tap on the tab for longer than a few seconds to bring up additional options, the whole app crashes.

What can be done about this?

I am trying to make a purchase on the 5% nutrition website. The browser will not allow me to change flavors from the drop down menu. When I select from the drop down the page reloads to the default. The website works on other browsers. I am running version 116.0.2. Thanks, Jesse

Last few days I am unable to see my Xfinity / Comcast & google emails via Firefox - but I can see them via Safari. Addresses are : [edited] @comcast.net, [edited] @gmail.com. Have been able to get them via Firefox for a long time prior. Also, lately firefox will stop my search until I click the FF icon where a wheel is turning and once I click it, it changes to a check mark and then I can proceed. Can you help please? Thank you.

Could you please help me, I'm having trouble logging into some of my accounts, I can't access verification codes or the correct passwords for apps like Amazon.co.uk also I keep having to log onto Firefox browser as it does not allow me to stay lodged in does it need to be updated or is there something else I should be doing. My case is simple but I have no ideia the WHY is happening. I use google as a search engine but after a few days, it changes automatically to Yahoo (wich i dont like) and i have to go to preferences and change it back to google. This has been repeating for a few months and I'm a bit fed up of it, so, is there any way to keep google permamently?

Also it is curious that if I restore the default seach engines, it does not appear yahoo, and even if i delete all, and only keep google, keeps on happening again.

I'm an apple user and I also have Firefox since forever on the Iphone and Ipad too and no problem with this ones.
