I-Firefox Isithangami Sokwesekwa

Up until sometimes before Urdu language words were properly displaying in my Firefox browser but no more. They now appear as individual characters instead of properly formed word. please help me to see the Urdu words as before.

Firstly, when I open a second Firefox browser window, it doesn't show any pinned tabs, and secondly, if I close the window without the pinned tabs last and then reopen Firefox, the pinned tabs are gone.

That's very annoying. Do you have a solution for this? Am I making mistakes in the settings?

I frequently open a web page, start filling in a dialog, switch to another tab to gather evidence, then return to the original dialog. In the past few days, I have experienced the loss of my input into the dialog. Indeed just now when I started searching help, added my question, then was moved to a replacement page to log in, I returned to the question to find it deleted. Earlier today when I had spent ca 15 minutes composing a reply to contribution in a Google discussion group, the same thing happened.

Is there someone in Moxilla who considers that my contributions are really worth deleting, and spends days waiting to pounce on my messages?

Is this a consequence of the new Firefox security system (whose name I cannot check for fear of losing this text along with the previous ones)?

How to reproduce: While private window is open, close Firefox regular window.

Issue: all existing tabs will be lost (Open previous windows and tabs is checked). Hope this got fixed soon.

Expected behavior: All tabs are kept when closing regular window with private window opened

Current workaround: In new window, restore the previous tabs from "History" > "Recently Closed Tabs"

I had an update of Firefox within the past 2 weeks, in it it said that there was a new feature dealing with PDF conversion using the brower. I may be mixed up on this, and I thought that I had saved the information, but finding it now is not working for me. I was hoping to finally fix some forms/documents that I have so they can be used once again. Can you help? Dan

I'm using Firefox for long time in my mac, today I update the Firefox to last version ( 111.0.1 ) but I get a problem in the letters on the page.

How can I fix this?

Regarding the extensions drop down menu, how does one re-arrange (and possibly hide) these extensions that are not pinned to the toolbar? I know how that to rearrange the extensions pinned to the toolbar: one has to go to "Customized Toolbar" and drag and drop. But I can't find information on how to re-arrange these other extensions. Thks

Should I be concerned? getting many, over 20, safeframe.googlesyndication cookies on firefox using yahoo and weatherunderground. I delete them and they come right back. Only on new laptop win11 v22H2. Firefox ver 111.0.1 This is a new laptop. I do not have these cookies on 3 other laptops, 2 windows 10, 1 win 11 also new. I see these cookies on CCleaner

Confused as to why there 44 instances of FF showing up in task manager. Win 11.

As the title says, Firefox throws "We can’t connect to the server at m.imdb.com." error every time I try to open a page while everything else works like Chrome, Edge and when I ping via command prompt I get replies and other applications. (Win 10 64-bit with latest Firefox)

I think it's a system-wide problem but I can't figure out where. I was under the impression that it's a DNS problem but it doesn't even open IP addresses like 192.168.1.1 and it doesn't open instantly, no matter it's Google.com or my router IP, instant error message.

I tried everything I could find which are:

• Refresh, clean re-install with deleting profile directory
• clearing cache and data
• Toggling these in about:config: network.http.http3.enabled, network.dns.disableIPv6, network.dns.disablePrefetch
• Enabling/disabling my adapter
• Running a couple commands:

   ipconfig /flushdns
   ipconfig /registerdns
   ipconfig /release
   ipconfig /renew

   netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt
   netsh winsock reset catalog
   netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log
   netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log

• Setting proxy to None
• Restarting with Troubleshoot Mode (add-ons disabled)
• Removing Firefox entry from Windows Firewall. (I haven't installed any Firewall and Anti-Virus)
• WIndows's Network Reset
• Rebooting machine and router

I'm sure there are more, these are all I can remember now.

This happened some months ago but can't seem to remember how I fixed it.

The only way it opens sites is with a VPN that sets a system proxy and setting Firefox's proxy to "Use System Proxy Settings".

Not sure if this is something everyone experiences but every time Firefox updates on my computer, the password manager goes back to default settings and starts prompting to save passwords again. I have disabled the darn thing countless times, but it always comes back alive after the browser restarts after an update. Why does this setting does not persists after an update and stays disabled? I have a Firefox account, and sync is on.

I want to permanently delete my passwords from Mozilla. Mozilla claims there are none stored, but it fills out all registrations independently. No other browser does that.

I've used the Last Pass application with Firefox for years but recently Last Pass isn't auto-filling anymore. It auto-fills fine with other browsers but has stopped with Firefox within the last week or so. Any help would be appreciated.
