Beginning with 111 when I start I get 'glxtest: failed to read data from glxtest, we may fall back to software rendering.' It works. I don't know that anything bad is happening.

I've installed a new version of Ubuntu Linux and - as recommended on this page's FAQs - backed up my firefox profile, than copied it into the profile folder on the new os. Now Firefox tells me "You've launched an older version of firefox" and forces me to create a new profile :( Also loading the old profile in "about:profiles" leads to the same result

How can i restore at least my passwords? (When i try to copy only 4.db and logins.json from the old to the new profile, i get the same result)

I can't find an "import old profile"-function anywhere...

I have installed the Multi-Account Containers add-on. When I right-click on a link on a page, I am missing the Firefox Multi-Account Containers element shown in the Multi-Account Containers KB article (see attached screenshot KBContextMenu.png).

My context menu looks like the attached screenshot MyContextMenu.png.

1. Has the Multi-Account Containers add-on been updated, and the KB article needs to be revised?
2. Is there a setting that I need to do to show this context meny element?

Unable to setup the 2nd factor authentication, I have tried multiple authenticatiors always the same result. "Incorrect two step authentication code"

I have tried with Microsoft auth, Google, and Authy - Same result each time...

I recently noticed in Firefox Settings the statement --- "Your browser is being managed by Your organization".

When I clicked on that statement and printed off the information, that information was apparently about "Enterprise Policies", the management is "Active", the Policy Name is "certificates", the Policy Value is "ImportEnterpriseRoots", and then it is "true". I do not understand the message that is being shared here. Does Firefox understand it? If Firefox does understand it, would you mind sharing your understanding with me?

What is "ImportEnterpriseRoots"? What is its function? Concerning the statement, "Your browser is being managed by Your organization", what is meant by the words, "Your organization" and what is meant by the word, "managed".

To rid myself of "ImportEnterpriseRoots", will I need to rid myself of Firefox?

I have Adblocker Ultimate as an add-on. But I can't seem to put it in my toolbar. I have searched the internet to resolve this problem and nothing worked. It is listed in my Add-ons manager but I can't get it to show up in any bookmarks or the toolbar. It does work but I can't find it anywhere.

I want to be able to voice type searches in firefox on my laptop computer. I'd like to access and use the microphone to type when using firefox or on any site I visit via firefox. I want to put the cursor in a text box of any kind (e.g., a search box), turn on a microphone and voice type so that the words I speak are entered, like I do on my phone.

I'm amazed that "voice type in firefox did not yield any usable results. Please advise.

I have tried all means to remove this but still get the warning after each reboot with this infected file. Ran Spybot Search and Destroy, Gridinsoft Anti-Malware, MRT (twice, 23 hours each time), MSERT (twice)..., RogueKiller, and a few others.

I'm not sure how this happened but now having a hard time reading text because the background is so bright. I went to settings but was unable to find any way to change the brightness or at least a darker background cover. Please help.

Firefox always brings up the saved password for a particular website, but the password is old and wrong. Going to the Logins and Passwords management page, I enter a search for the website as it appears in the address bar, but there is no associated login in Firefox. There is no password associated with any part of the website's name or URL in 'about:logins' . Yet still some password shows up with a saved login. How do I find the password for this website and correct the password?

Hello, I have, as usual, thousands of open tabs in my browser and frequently and routinely save as i go along. In trying to do the same now, i notice what looks like only a "single tab save" page comes up. I can not lose all these tabs - can you please help? According to the DLink chart, to view the older cameras, in other words 1 generation portal for type L cameras. 2nd generation portal I can view my LH type cameras clearly.Which product should I select? I am using a dell laptop with windows 11. 500GB drive so plenty of space to operate.

Regarding the extensions drop down menu, how does one re-arrange (and possibly hide) these extensions that are not pinned to the toolbar? I know how that to rearrange the extensions pinned to the toolbar: one has to go to "Customized Toolbar" and drag and drop. But I can't find information on how to re-arrange these other extensions. Thks

I use an accessibility extension that modifies text to make it more readable, but I can't seem to make it work in reading mode. I'm aware there are some built in settings in reading mode, however these are not enough for me.

Tab or sometimes the Firefox process crashes when playing youtube video after a while. The tab / process doesn't crash immediately but will continue playing the video for as long as almost 1hr before crash.

OS: Manjaro Linux Viedo card: Nvidia 3060.
