Hello Mozilla Volunteers,

I'm having more issues with Firefox running website, such as compared to Chrome, and now I can't get past this error playing videos on the surfing website Surfline "This video cannot be played because of a technical error.(Error Code: 100000)" Any suggestions on how to remedy this would be appreciate.

Hi there. Since a few weeks firefox refuses to open websites more and more. these are websites that can be opened without problems by other browsers (like "brave"). The error i posted above IS ONLY ONE OF PLENTY SIMILAR ERRORS shown on that occasions. It seems to be always a different one. This is going on also when i make an exception in MalwareBytes, which i am using for quite some time now with unchanged settings, and never had issues like that before. Couldn´t find any help on the support pages..... This is a relatively new problem (2-3 updates) and i want to keep using Firefox

(sorry for bad english) After closing girefox while on window mode, (accidentaly) I reopened it realising none of my accounts were signed in and all websites (youtube, adsense, gmail etc) needed google verification. and they were treating me like i was visiting first time after download. Why is that? Now I have to bring all my data back!!!???!! I am using Windows 8.1 and the latest version of firefox. No other browser installed...

Ive recently stopped using another browser that let me use alot of chrome only extensions (i use them alot as they help with different things) can you please tell me how to get chrome only extensions onto firefox? if not, why cant you just update firefox to be able to get them.

Hi - an hour or so ago, Firefox crashed, and I'm not able to reopen it. Attached is a screenshot.

I had to create this new account - reagan1922 - using Edge, because the password I enter is not correct for my bonnie.reagan@gmail.com address.

The error implies an update discrepancy between 108.0.2 and 108.0.1.

I'm sending via Edge. Please see attached and respond to either email with how to update or reinstall without losing my settings, passwords, and pocket saves.

I can sign out and re sign in to my Firefox browser (PC) with password xxxxxxxx. ( I signed into this support page using xxxxxxxx). I can sign into my Firefox account on Microsoft Edge browser using my email address and password xxxxxxxx.

However, (using Firefox or Edge) once in Firefox manage account settings, when trying to change my password - using xxxxxxxx as 'my current password', I get a red banner stating 'incorrect password'. I now don't have an account recovery key, as I was in the process of changing this when I found that the password xxxxxxxx was called incorrect.

Just to see, tried my Firefox sync password yyyyyyyy. Did not work, as expected.

What is going on? How can I change my password? How can I create a new recovery key?

I use a website called Fanduel.com I can no longer access the site on you're browser after an update awhile back....for awhile I could press and hold a button after being denied but even that doesn't work now and I haven't changed any setting prior to getting that error message so it must have been something you guys did.

I am beginning to be asked by websites to turn-off ad-blocker. Just realized that Firefox has an ad-blocker embedded in its software. When I go to Add-ons & Extensions, Ad-Blocker is not listed so that I can turn it off. Suggestions on finding ad-blocker and having the ability to turn it off and on would be appreciated. Thanks

This is unacceptable. We do not want to use insecure browsers, and the Chase website was fine until the latest Firefox update.

I am blocked from viewing many links to my paid subs behind their firewalls. When I copy and paste the URL to edge it is viewable. Or is it the firewall owners fault? Should I accept this as a feature of Firefox or should I go exclusively to Edge?

Good day all, im trying to restore my bookmarks from early November of 2022, but im having a hard time porting the bookmarks over, im looking for the easiest solutions, documents write-up or even videos.

I am a user of a famous idiom dictionary, and I have been using this website in Mozilla Firefox for so long. But for the past few days since Mozilla has updated, this website has not been loading correctly and appears to be broken. Mostly it's designs and images does not loaded always. I have tried it in Google Chrome, and it works well there. I don't want to switch to Chrome since I have lots of bookmarks with Mozilla and am also familiar with it. I don't any problem with other side but with only www.theidioms.com So, is there anyway I can resolve the issue?

I am currently using Mozilla 108.0.2 (64-bit).

I can't save an image with an asterisk in the filename when saving from my Firefox browser. I used to be able to, but now any asterisk I add to the filename just vanishes like I didn't type it at all. I can change the file name in other ways, like adding words. I can still save from Chrome, so it's a Firefox issue, and a recent update. Help!!!

Hey all, (thanks for the continued work on firefox and happy new year) I use Firefox sync from multiple devices in my ecosystem, a micture of all three main OS (Windows, Linux and macOS / IOS). Some time ago, I must have had one device which probably generated a new device UID everytime it synced, or some kind of bug in the Firefox IOS client. This results in having a large magnitude of devices in my firefox sync account. I can only delete them one-by-one with a confirmation dialogue and a reload of the page, which is really cumbersome. I have the feature request of some easier device management policy here. Ideas would be either a "delete all" button and afterwards signing in again on all still active devices, or a series of check boxes to perform actions like a delete on multiple devices at once, perhaps even with a "select all" shortcut at the top. Firefox keeps loading incorrect webpages for two websites. The websites are; https://www.diy.com https://www.trade-point.com The two websites work fine with Microsoft Edge but not with Firefox. See attached images. Please advise how to resolve this issue. Thnak you, Mark

I have a MacBook Pro and an Epson ET-3850 printer. I can not get my printer to do two sided printing using firefox but it does work if I use Safari. How can I get two sided printing using firefox?

Yesterday, after installing Firefox 108.0.2 in the ‘usual’ manner, things went a little haywire. The result was there was evidently two instances of Firefox ‘active’, even though the app was not open. Attempting to Force Quit them failed (“app in use”). Only after logging out of my computer account and logging back was I able to Force Quit, the, now, one instance of Firefox still in evidence. I restored v. 108.0.1 using Time Machine.

The ‘usual’ update manner consisted of Firefox notifying me the update was available and downloading the version, then restarting Firefox via the Firefox > About Firefox dialog.

The two instances appeared when displaying the ’switch app’ listing of open apps via CMD-TAB and in the Force Quit dialog

The incident was so gnarly, I’m hesitant to try installing the update again.

macOS Monterey 12.6.2 iMac (Retina 4K, 21.5-inch, 2017)

I have tried many recommendations to control the bookmark spacing in firefox 108.0.2. I prefer to have single spacing, which is much more convenient than the wider spacing which now exists. Although many "workarounds" exist, none work to change this problem in the latest version. Why is this problem so difficult to resolve? It worked before and I trusted that it would work again after updating from the last version where it did work. This change is very disappointing.
