HI! I am a Firefox user for many years, but I am encountering now problems I never had. First, before the opening of an address I get a message "Transferring data from assets.adobedtm.com" and it takes a while before I access the site. Problem 2: in Firefox settings I see a message: "your browser is being managed by your organization" But I do not belong to any organization!!! Furthermore I see a link to "ImportEnterpriseRoots" classified as "active" and "true". What the hell is this? I hope you can help solve those problems. In the meantime I will use Edge... After I have opened google maps and then I enter a post code and press search nothing happens. Not able to zoom into a location therefore and not able to get the street view either. This has happened since the last update I guess. Can anyone help please ? Chris

I was trying to move it and I accidentally deleted it. I would like to reinstall it. I cannot seem to find the right phrase to find it on your sight and do a reinstall. If you would be so kind to point me in the right direction,I would be most grateful. Little updates like this is why I have remained a loyal fan since the Netscape Navigator days.

I'm just reinstall my windows 8. But, i don't know why the firefox appearance are weird and difficult to used because of the appearance. What should i do? Nb: It looks normal on "troubleshoot mode".

I for the past number of years have been able to connect to Clockify and can no longer do so because of the following error message. I need to use this app every day, and really am angry that I can't use it anymore on firefox. How do I get around this issue?

'Tried to fix extra large text on windows 11 issue. followed directions on support and went to advanced preferences. Now text is so small I cannot read it. This is on a new computer. Please help Need to get back to the original set up

Today I downloaded the latest Firefox upgrade and got a flaming orange toolbar which is difficult to read. Troubleshooting the issue by browsing the internet, I tried several things I don't remember, and also clicked on the DuckDuckGo privacy tab when that option came up. I was unable to change the color of the tab but then suddenly got a gray screen with all gray tabs. There is no color.

It is not a Microsoft issue, as I have tried rebooting several times and always get a color screen at the reboot. But when the page starts loading, all the icons are gray. I tried a system restore but after a long reboot got a message that the restore was unsuccessful because apparently blocked by my security software (Webroot). The advice was to temporarily disable Webroot but when I go into my apps, the only option is to uninstall and I am hesitant to do that because I don't know if I can quickly reinstall it without having to call Webroot customer service.

At this point I can't figure out what to do. Can you help without my having to reset everything? I always keep a lot of windows open which is one feature I like about Firefox, and really don't want to have to reconstruct all those pages.

I will appreciate your help in solving this problem, which I think is a software issue and possibly related to some things I might have clicked while trying to change the toolbar color.
