I reinstalled the Visual C++ and Firefox loaded when i ran the Firefox repair but totally locked up. Unable to get to settings or any website and will not run after closing it.

i am using firefox developer edition version 126.0b3 (64-bit) on linux mint with an x11 desktop and for some reason the drag and drop breaks frequently.

i think i have figured out how i can consistently recreate the bug as well as sort of fix it temporarily.

i start with a newly launched browser. everything works fine. but then if i attempt to drag and drop something shortly after i drag and dropped something else and it did the little animation where it returns to its original position, i find that i cant drag and drop anything FROM firefox to anywhere else. and i also cannot rearrage tabs.

it seems to fix itself whenever I drag something from another program TO firefox successfully such as text into a textbox, or a .html file into the window to view it.

 One of my email accounts Yahoo or Gmail appears to have been hacked. I received two phishing emails this week --3 if you count the last one who said she was calling on behalf of Medicare/Social Security and All members could get a preloaded card for several hundred dollars. I knew there was a plan to help certain folks, but it was not available to everybody. I asked her for the name of the plan and she hung up. the webpage she sent me to first or told me to go there where I could talk to a licensed agent. Do people who answer the phone have a license like insurance salespeople? Anyway, they had copied the govt. the site is right up the US sea.

but it did something as I can't use my password They cancel your account if you tell them the truth --better just to say I need help resetting my password. They then ask you to send them a picture ID as in Driver's License. Noway I am going to do this --so I have at least some pretty valuable info if I can't get in.

Ny first time writing here - if any response please direct suggestions to pke225x2gmail or I guess I will check here. Don't know how you put people with possible solutions to seeker of HELP.

Am trying to update my email address. When I try to make the secondary the primary, it wants a verification code entered. The field for this code will not let me paste it or enter it manually. Will this glitch be fixed soon?

I am a Salesforce (improveit! 360) user, exclusively browsing with Firefox for over 12 years without any problems. The most recent Firefox update 125.0.2 (64-bit) has caused an issue with my staff calendar. I have reached out to improveit! 360 they are a force.com developer and they will not help, said the error is caused by Firefox interpreting the code. I have figured out a work around to get the calendar to load correctly for a short term solution. Below is a screenshot of the error, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your assistance in advance. Since I updated my browser, I've encountered some issues when trying to maximize the virtual screen in my tv. I use a Mac and connect the screen to a web TV to watch YouTube in my big tv. However, when I click to maximize the window, the connection becomes unstable, and the virtual screen disappears every time I click the YouTube icon to do this. This problem never occurred before. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue. Please let me know if you require any additional information from me.

When choosing biometrics for 2-factor authentication, sometimes Firefox will only prompt for a physical hardware key, and Touch ID does not work. Support for built-in biometrics is inconsistent.

For reference, I am using Mac OS Sonoma 14.4.1 with an ARM processor.

My Browser keeps on telling me there is an update... I've updated, reinstalled the latest version and it still keeps giving a pop-up saying there is an update...

How do I get rid of these pop-ups???

So I'm having issues playing 4K videos fully on one YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@ClearviewDriving

For some reason anything above 1080p gives me bad stuttering but on other channels videos don't stutter or freeze when playing 1440p or 4K quality.

Firefox is updated, I don't use Extensions other than Ad Blocker and I have that off on YouTube anyway. Seems strange that it'd only affect one specific channel.

I have a very good gaming PC too so the hardware isn't the issue.

Even after numerous Uninstalls and a Reinstalls I keep getting this error notice when trying to open Firefox...

Whenever I have Firefox open on Windows 11, my windows key doesn't work. I can assure that its Firefox because whenever I close it, the windows key starts working again. This is really annoying because I normally use the keyboard and having to move my mouse to the bottom just to open the menu gets annoying quick.

I've received my new PC and will be migrating from my old PC (Windows 10) to the new PC with Windows 11.

I use local folders in Thunderbird to keep various projects separate and more easy to manage. I have copied the current Thunderbird profile on to an external hard disk, I have found the location of the local folders and they reflect the structure in the Thunderbird screen I see. Thunderbird has been unstable for a few weeks so I would prefer a clean install but don't want to lose a lot of content that I still need.

1. Is there a way to copy over just the local folders, eg export them, rather than the whole profile? I deliberately haven't cleaned the server recently so that I can get back emails that still are in the in_tray but once they are in local folders they disappear from the Yahoo server. 2. Is there anything else significant I should be aware of before migrating? There is a backup on Mozilla but I prefer a clean install.
