I had a Firefox account on my phone. I got hacked. So I uninstalled the Firefox app. I got the upgrade for Lookout and added that to my phone. I opened a new Firefox browser on my PC because I was tired of Google and I don't like Bing. I think you are still using my phone account. dawniegirl1973. lt has never been a primary or secondary email for phone or Pc. But you caught the last hacker! I would like an upgrade with Firefox on both PC and phone if I wouldn't have to pay for both devices. Would that cover both PC and phone? They are not linked, but they do share 2 emails and passwords. I also would like VPN, if that would secure my wifi. But I need a network that I can use for all my internet needs. I don't know what all VPN does. Please help me out. I don't know what to do anymore. It's all gotten so confusing. I'm tired of being hacked. Please advice. I trust, you, Firefox and I want you on both devices can we do this?

I cannot access my primary Firefox account, don't have a two-step authentication app configured for the account, can't find recovery codes, and don't have a logged-in device. In addition, I subscribe to premium services linked to the affected Firefox account, so I'm now unable to access them as well. To ask this question, I created a new Firefox account.

I had been using Firefox browser for awhile, but because of playback performance issue, I have to using another browser just for video playing, especially for 4K video.

Compared to Edge, Firefox seems taking more resources to playback the YouTube video and more heat. When look at the Task Manager, the Video Processing is 0%, and GPU is running significantly more resources on '3D'.

New computer, running Windows 11, McAfee LiveSafe came with for 30 day trial. I use Firefox, have since 1997. Just added Mozilla VPN. Old computer ran Xubuntu. Hi, I am trying to save my most important Bookmarks as Shortcuts in Firefox Homepage, but Firefox is not showing the icons of the shortcuts, instead it is showing as Letters of the site. This bug occurs very randomly, but it seems there have few things in common.

- Occurring on domain level, one domain at once. For example, if Youtube.com stuck, any sub address including each video page is not loaded. Other website and whole browser works fine. - Other program on same PC is not affected, too. - Which page is stop loading is completely random. It might be happen only on a popular, feature-rich site like amazon, google, but not sure. - The timing is also random. Maybe after waking PC up from sleep, but not sure. Frequency of occurrence is once every 1~5 days. - The workaround without restarting browser is 1.)switching to other container tabs(strangely), 2.)opening website on private window. Disabling all the addon manually didn't help.

Since it's randomness, I didn't have any logs about this issue.

Seems like there's a bug in the new update. I can't see all the downloads, no matter how I try to open the list of downloads, the browser immediately crashes. I tried reinstalling (started a new profile, etc), the issue still persists.

I've noticed there is a "verified by Amazon" icon in my address bar next to the FF shield. How did it get there, can, or should, I remove it and how. I don't trust anything Amazon does, so if possible I would like it to be gone.

All of a sudden, Twitter will not let me log in on Firefox (Windows 11 laptop). It works on my phone, tablet, and other browsers. When I try to log into Twitter on Firefox, I get an error saying "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again later. " I have already tried updating the browser, clearing my cache, and clearing my cookies and I'm still having the issue. What can I do to fix this?

When i open up https://login.comptia.org i can see the website and it loads then it prompts me to login, but when i click the login button the website goes blank and turns all white and i refresh the website and it stays white. Hi, With the newest release 100 my scroll bar has changed. Its now some itty bitty thin cant find unless you hover out it thing. I want the regular wide colored scroll bar I had. Is there a way to change it back?
