Hello everyone,

I’m experiencing ongoing problems with Firefox and hope to get some help or clarification here.

Main issue: I’m unable to sign in to my Outlook / Microsoft email account using Firefox. The login page does not load correctly, or the sign-in simply fails (Error 400). When I use another browser (for example Microsoft Edge), the login works without any issues.

System information:

Operating System: Windows 10 IoT Enterprise 2021 (LTSC, supported until 2032)

Firefox version: 147.0.3 (64-Bit)

Additional problems: Besides the Outlook login issue, Firefox has recently become more problematic during normal daily use:

Text selection with the mouse often does not work correctly

Clicking and dragging to highlight text is unreliable or stops working

Pages sometimes feel unresponsive, (ChatGPT)

Overall, the browser feels less stable than older Versions on Windows 10 22H2

These issues seem to be getting more frequent over time and occur on multiple websites, not just Outlook.

I switched my system to Windows 10 IoT Enterprise 2021 (LTSC, supported until 2032) in the hope of improved performance and stability.

What I have already tried:

Clearing cache and cookies

Disabling all add-ons/extensions

Testing in Private Browsing mode

Restarting Firefox

Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the problems permanently.

My questions:

Is Firefox fully supported on Windows 10 IoT Enterprise 2021 / LTSC for the long term (until 2032)?

Are there known issues with Microsoft / Outlook sign-in specifically in Firefox?

Are there known stability issues (text selection, mouse interaction, page responsiveness) in recent Firefox versions?

What settings or troubleshooting steps are recommended to improve stability?

Desktop Firefox 147.0.3 (64-bit) When I open Facebook, pictures of accounts are continually blinking (not flickering). This problem is new and appeared just after last Firfeox update.

Meu Youtube ficou com bordas na tela sempre que dou ful screen, isso começou do nada hoje à tarde. Tente diversas formas de remover mas nenhuma adiantava, desliguei todas extenções e nada de sair as bordas. Porém, o Youtube na guia anônima funciona o FullScreen perfeitamente.

I have the latest version of Firefox. I still keep getting the prompts to download the latest version. When I go to system info, it shows I have the latest version it is asking me to download. When I do a manual search for the latest version, it always says it failed to search for the latest download.

I've tried messing with hardware acceleration, resetting the zoom to 100, it seems when i get the zoom as low as possible it tries to fall back into place, i can't find any fix on this, i like this browser but i cant watch anything like this

I had to actually sign up fort a Mozilla account,the multiple hoops I had to jump through were ridicules, in order to ask a question of Firefox. I do not want my address bar to be my search engine. How do I disable the search engine in my address bar? And now I have to wait for an answer!!!!!!!! I used to love and trust Firefox. Not anymore.

youtube goes fulscreen but not in the richt way i can see the video fully but it does not cover my sreen fully an the under part of my screen it is not posting see image for a better picture

Recent (Windows?) update signed me out of Firefox. Logged in again, but bookmarks aren't showing up. Bookmarks are marked for sync-ing, and I did try sync-ing twice. Maybe I have to sign back in on the original device?

Mozilla made an update of my Firefox installation on my Win11 laptop. all my password disappeared as well as my history and bookmarks.

I have now a virgin installation and is starting from scratch.

Now I get this error message: "This profile was last used with a newer version of this application. Please create a new profile." I deleted met shortcut and I opened Firefox by using Windows search. Now I see 4 profiles! I think I do not need to create a new profile. Maybe delete 3 of them ? What to do ? And, how?

I have downloaded this plugin, but I cannot find any advice on how to operate it. I have opened a page (which I have created) rendering part of a high res iiif image, whose whole iiif pyramid is available for viewing. But I cannot find any button that activates the plugin.

The plugin promises "With this addon installed, you will be able to download the highest available resolution for files available on digital libraries compatible with the IIIF protocol."

How can I download the whole high res image?

I have configured Firefox to use a proxy, and I stored the credentials in the password manager. However, every time I open Firefox, it asks me to enter the credentials again.

How can I store the proxy credentials persistently?

Within the Applications section of my settings, I have it set to open content type of crcc with an application. However when I try now after the latest Firefox update, it opens a new blank tab instead of just launching the application. Anyone else notice this and is there a work around. Of note, after about 5 minutes it does eventually open the application.

Hi, I use Firefox as a primary browser on multiple PCs, so want it to remember a couple of addresses & payment methods for easy daily useage. However, I also access one business domain & when using that website only, I don't want Firefox to offer/remember/anything when it comes to addresses (which will be customer addresses) or payment details (again, for customers). Other autofill, like suggestions for some form fields would ideally still work.

Is there are way to make one domain exempt from address & payment saving/retrieval?
