We are having a problem with Kaiser Permanente’s website. The problem occurs randomly and when it occurs we cannot sign in to our account on the website. We get a “redirect error”.

We can fix the problem but comes back again after a while. To fix it we go to Settings / Privacy and Security / Cookies and Site Data / Manage Data. Under manage data we enter Kaiser in the search box and then delete the website.

Is there a way (a settings change) to fix this problem in Firefox or is it a Kaiser website problem?

BTW.. the same problem also occurs on Chrome, just not as frequently.

Every time I try to log in to gmail I receive this message: We've detected a problem with your cookie settings. Enable cookies Make sure your cookies are enabled. To enable cookies, follow these browser-specific instructions I've tried enabling cookies in Mozilla. Apparently I'm doing something wrong because I'm still getting the same message from google.

I cannot use google.com without first deleting my cookies. This happens every time I try to use google. Doesn't matter if I use the taskbar to search, or try to go to www.google.com

I have attached images of what slowly occurs when I don't clear my cookies, websites start to slowly and slowly load less and less until they eventually completely break and wont load and I have to clear my cookies, resign into everything. and rinse and repeat every few days or a week, I also attached an image of what the purchase screen is supposed to look like. Recently, I cleared the cookies and site data from my browser as I'd noticed they were taking quite of lot of space on my harddrive. I thought clearing them would just reset them, but it looks like they were completely wiped instead.

Now, the browser never remembers any login information, so I have to connect to every site I use everytime I open my computer. It's troublesome when some of them have double verification and I have to go through the trouble of checking my email and entering a code everytime. The websites don't ask me to enable cookies again, so I don't know how to make them remember my informations again.

Is there a way to re-enable cookies, or have the websites ask me to enable cookies again?

Could you kindly advise? WashingtonPost.com does NOT ask to accept cookies even after I deleted all cookies, website data and cache (but in Opera it does ask for cookies), after Firefox automatically deleting cookies and website data after closing Firefox, and after cleaning cookies, website data and cache with Ccleaner — WHY? Which mechanism of Firefox is exploited by WashingtonPost.com? And what should I do? Thank you!

Despite having logged into Which? via FireFox, and accepted all cookies I am asked again and again on every Which? page about cookies.

How can I stop this?

Hello, Firefox keeps signing me out of Google websites like google.com and youtube.com when I close out the browser. I recently switched from Google Chrome and was wondering if this was a Google issue or if it was Firefox. It only keeps me signed out of Google accounts, and keeps me signed in for every other website. I have the "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" box unchecked and it still keeps me logged out, and I have "cookied" unboxed in my Clear History settings as well. I'd like to have this issue fixed as soon as possible for school-related reasons.

Whenever i sign into youtube and then close the window when i come back ive been signed out and have to sign in again. i have "delete cookies and site data when firefox is closed" off and dont know what else to do

I've been trying to delete cookies and site data multiple times and it will not delete, even after multiple attempts to fix it. Such as deleting Mozilla folder in file explorer and downloading an extension to delete cookies and cache. Everything else gets deleted fine except for 2 sites.

I want to enable cookies for outlook only,the rest I don't want.

I have attempted to look at the cookie's url for outlook and add that to the exception list, but outlook still harasses me with its annoying 2fa

How do I find the actual address to put in the exceptions list to stop this issue?
