when I hit full screen in the lower left on youtube videos it says full screen unavailable on all videos. I have tried all the recommended setting adjustments in the config and they don't work. yet full screen for youtube videos works in all other browsers on my mac which is an M2 pro macbook pro running sequioa 15.7.4

Please fix this as it is really annoying and I may stop using this browser if it is not taken care of. It just started yesteday out of nowhere. No changes were made on my computer during this time.

I am using Windows 11. everything was fine Thursday the 12th but I did not use the computer at all on the 13th. Updates required a restart this morning. Now when I try to load Firefox and unlock Roboform I get an internal error message - unknown function call.

I read the existing articles and followed them, starting with "manage bookmarks". When I click on restore, there is a list of the last 15 backups by date. EVERY one of them results in an error message "unable to process the file".

Manually searching for bookmarks.html or json, results in nothing found

I open up firefox and the message appears - you must be signed into this network in order to access the internet. BUT i can use the internet. This is not a problem on a W10 machine which I also use.

Why is every company from Microsoft, Google and Firefox so obsessed with changing how I have my devices set up? I do not want all the extra feed as I open the browser. Every time the browser is opened there is so many more added shortcuts to my main screen. That is super annoying when I already had in place the shortcuts I wanted. I have gone through multiple times to dismiss the ones Firefox had added to the shortcuts. But new ones just keep popping up in the shortcuts. I have also blocked all the advertisements such as sports, fit health, politics and many more that is offered that I do NOT want. It crowds up space and is VERY distracting to my homework assignments. I just started using this browser because my college recommended that I install it to my laptop because Microsoft does not support 100% of their programming requirements. I wish the settings to find this would be easier and more available to the average Joe who is not familiar when changing browser settings. Plus it switch my mouse buttons. When I have always used the Left click on the mouse to select the word that needed to be modified auto correct spelling... now it is set for the Right click of the mouse. Why does every company feel the need to completely modify other peoples stuff? Same thing with my TV connected to the WI-FI. Ads are always popping up, modifying TV preferences, moving apps around on the main screen. Every time I power up it has a new screen. Its honestly disgusting. The world around us is always changing... can our personal home lives be left alone with our preferred preferences? With out major companies thinking "Heeyyy we can make that better!" without asking from the consumer! It would be nice to have the option when powered on asking "We have a new product, would you like to try it?" allow us to select yes or no! Or just fix the old stuff that had glitches... but nah we going to keep pushing forward and annoy everyone to fill our pockets! I am NOT pleased with the product that has been recommended to me.

I receive many unwanted/junk/spam emails a day (10 to 20) in my email inbox. How do I stop this influx of junk? right now I am blocking domains, is this the best I can do?

I turned on Firefox this morning and its all changed I have no bookmarks no menu and no search bar I hate this new system Why cant i go back to the previous version ???

Starting the month of February 2026, I cannot get into the following websites anymore to do my on-line shopping. Walmart.com and King Sooper grocery store (Kroeger). I get messages to try again later all the time. If I use another browser such as Edge or Chrome, I can get in no problem. Not sure what is going on??? I chatted with Customer Service Reps at both sites, they don't know why I cannot get in with Firefox, unless some of your security certificates have expired. Help!! - Stan

I have moved my profile to a different location on the hard drive to make backups easier. How do I tell firefox where the profile is now located. c:\users\med\my data\PROFILES\mozillA\*.deFAUlt

Good Morning! I've just come back to FF after using another browser for quite a few years. Things have changed alot here, but I'm loving it all so far! With that being said, have been trying to get a few extensions set up. Main one being Open Link with New Tab. (WHY doesn't FF do that automatically? lol.) Anyway, obviously I'm doing something wrong because it just stays grayed out. I've uninstalled/reinstalled quite a few times. I know it's something so basically simple and I'm overlooking it. HELP!
