When the vertical tab bar is enabled, if there are no pinned tabs, when the mouse hovers over the vertical tab bar, the scrollbar will be in the exact position to display the active tab. However, if there are pinned tabs, when the mouse hovers over the vertical tab bar, the scrollbar will always be at the top.

I have used Firefox for ages now and love it. I have noticed in the last few months that some functions on some web sites are not able to be accessed. Such as submit, place an order, and the like. I have to use another browser. Is there any reason for this as I really don't like to use any other browser other than Firefox but it seems to be that I have to. Is there some way that I can get around this?

Hello, I am not able to connect to my mozilla account. I write correct my password, and a code is sent to my email. I write to code but always the system gives me the message "Invalid code" or "Something went wrong. Please close this tab and try again."

I have moved to a new laptop and followed the advice in how to back up and restore to transfer history and bookmarks. However only a small part of the history and bookmarks have come across

I am using an extension to monitor websites. I would like to start it as homepage. Unfortuantely, it does not come up active. It requires a manual reload (Ctrl-R) because it doesn't fully start.

Is it possible to automate this initial reload?

If not, can the extension developer force the reload on browser startup?

Firefox blocks a web site citing out of date reference. I go to certificate manager to overide, but am told firefox determines site to be legitimate and therefore will not overide. I am totally frustrated and confused!

My Mac shut down unexpectedly. Upon rebooting the newest version of Firefox - 138.0.1 was installed. All of my bookmarks have disappeared. I tried to restore from a backup but when I hit restore in the manage bookmarks window it says "choose file" but it lists no files to choose from. I found multiple backup files by accessing my Firefox profile via finder. However when I try to open them with Firefox it displays a blank page and nothing in the bookmarks tab. Is it possible that the bookmark files have also been deleted from the backups as well? If not, how do I transfer these files to the active bookmark tab in the menu bar other than using the restore function which offers no files to choose from?

I usually never use my school account on my home PC but a few days ago I did. I signed in, finished my work and now I cannot use my other accounts. It says that Halton has blocked access to my account. I can't use YouTube or any of the things school blocks. I cleared the school account. I cleared cash. I cleared cookies. I reinstalled it. Please help.

Recovered files and data from a failed M.2 SSD onto a USB. Did a clean install including reinstallation of Firefox on the failed machine. How do I recover the Firefox profile from the recovery USB so it can be transferred onto the restored machine?

Hello I have the latest version of firefox using for windows7 ultimate and since several months is having problem to watch youtube. it has only 15 seconds working and stops. what to do? thks Best nicolas

As of a few days ago (potentially coinciding with the most recent update?) I've had several websites become varying degrees of unresponsive when using Firefox while being connected to a VPN (Nord, in this case).

Some sites will load but then get throttled--i.e. YouTube will load and (usually) populate thumbnails, but clicking on a video will result in the video instantly dropping to its lowest available resolution, playing for a few seconds, and then stalling. Interestingly(?) if I try to watch a live stream, chat will be fully functional but the video will be unable to load. Other sites will load but then very quickly stop responding at all. Others are straight up just not loading period, while many others have no issues at all.

I've cleared my cache, deleted cookies for the affected sites, tried Firefox in a private window, tried Firefox with no extensions, and reinstalled both Nord and Firefox to no avail. All of the affected sites are fully functional so long as I'm not connected to a VPN, and are also fully functional on other browsers, even while connected to a VPN. All other non-browser related applications that require the internet are also unaffected, and my internet speeds in general aren't showing any issues.

I've been unable to find any other chatter about this anywhere, and I unfortunately don't have any other devices available to try and replicate the issues. I would not be surprised if it was one of those wonderful Me Exclusive DNS issues or something, but figured it was worth throwing out there.
