Hello! Hoping someone can help with this new (to me) issue. I've searched and can't seem to find any articles/threads.

When I open the wifi menu on my laptop, I also see a media player featuring a video I watched three days ago (image attached). I've used my computer several times since then and didn't notice it. It also doesn't appear to be functional, as when I click play, nothing happens.

Is there a setting I'm missing to get this to go away and to prevent it from coming back again?

Hi, I have this problem which I never faced before, and I could not find a solution to it online. Could you please help me! It only appears in your browser. Which is a pink layer on YouTube videos. I tried reinstalling the browser, refreshing it. everything I could. And no chance. I am going to share with you a screenshot of what I mean.

Can I revert to the previous version of Firefox pre-this update - I find this GUI very difficult to manage. Everything comes up too large - and websites I'm accustomed to operating on are totally reorganized and have become hard to use.

Whenever I sign into Firefox, all my themes, add-ons/extensions are added via Firefox Sync. That's fine, but the problem I have is that whenever I sign into any Firefox browser, an old theme I used to have that I no longer have on my account keeps coming back, and I've tried to find solutions to this issue, but none have had this kind of issue. It may be similar to issues those have had, or currently have, but I can't seem to do anything to remedy this issue.

Keep in mind that this is not a Firefox browser issue, it is an account issue.

I'd be deeply grateful to any assistance you may have for me.

After upgrading Firefox from 102 to 103, LastPass Federated Login extension hangs (blank white screen) after Okta login completes. Firefox 102, works fine. Unfortunately, I cannot stop the automatic upgrade for Firefox. LastPass is critical to my work and I've uninstalled it as a result. I've contributed to both Firefox and Thunderbird as I believe they are the best at what they do.

Please let me know when this will be fixed, or how to disable automatic upgrades.

I reset my PC and reinstalled Firefox last month, but my bookmarks were never recovered after I logged in my Firefox account. A couple of months ago I installed Firefox on another PC (to which I no longer have access) and it showed all the synced bookmarks, but this time it doesn't. What should I do? Thank you

I get this add every now and then at the bottom right. only from this store. I have popups disabled and no exceptions. It's not always, but sometimes it shows up. Especially when I start up my computer. If I click it away, it stays away for a long time. I found a similar question in the archive but the answers didn't help my question. How do I configure Firefox to work with the Sophos Home application on Windows? Many of the buttons on the Sophos Home application do not function. For example, clicking "Dashboard" does nothing. (It still prompts me to enter my Windows login, but nothing happens after I confirm; there is no error message, just nothing happens.) I confirmed the Sophos Home application does launch when Microsoft Edge is set as the default browser. Turning off Firefox plugins/add-ons and my VPN makes no difference. Firefox is up-to-date. I am on Windows.

when i try and download something from some websites, it doesnt actually download what its supposed to but just a file called random numbers without any file extension or anything, or alternatively a damaged version of what its supposed to download. ive never had this glitch happen before and it doesnt happen to me on other browsers like edge or chrome. does anybody know how to fix it? (i am on windows 11 if that helps with anything)

Example: If I start typing in the address bar and type the letter a... amazon.com comes up since I frequent there a lot. But, if I start typing the name of my bank nothing comes up in the address bar. I always have to type it out.

Seems like there's a bug in the new update. I can't see all the downloads, no matter how I try to open the list of downloads, the browser immediately crashes. I tried reinstalling (started a new profile, etc), the issue still persists.

Why can't I get on viewmyaccount.com?It is for a financial service lpl finance. I was told not to go to viewmyaccountlpl.com.but to stay with viewmyaccount,com only.

More and more sites can no longer be accessed by Firefox. I work for Lowe's and it started with store site. Then other sites no longer could be reached. Now I cannot login in to my employee account. Always some message regarding incorrect protocol or certificate or some other security issue. None of these sites are bogus. I have tried all the suggestions given in support but it just keeps getting worse. I have used Firefox for years but will be forced to abandon it if I cannot find a solution soon. If you can help, please do.

I have twice come across a glitch on the Firefox version of tumblr. The notifications will remain entirely static, regardless of how many items are in my dash or how many people have interacted with my posts. I am sure this is a Firefox issue as logging onto Google Chrome removes this issue entirely. I have temporarily removed cookies and passwords for tumblr, but the issue has not improved.

Recently (and during the writing of this) i have experienced typing lag in Firefox. My input gets processed and handled, but it takes a little while, sometimes up to a few seconds, for the text to appear or the changes to occur (think of sending messages). I am currently on Firefox version 106.0.5, and have tried doing a safe restart ("Troubleshoot mode"), but the problems persevered. I have tried clearning cookies, cache, browser and login history, but the problems persevered. I am also not using the windows cursor text color highlighting, which was submitted as a solution to a similar problem a year ago. Thank you if you can help!
