At random times when i use firefox, my laptop just freezes and i cant interact with anything - i can't close firefox i can't open any other app and more...

I tried searching on google and found to turn off graphic acceleration but it didn't help.

Some sort of problem deleted saved passwords on my desktop passwords on devices are saved I can tried to sync them but nothing happends. Whenever the request to save a password it is not saved on desktop.

Hi, I recently reset my Microsoft 11 operating system.The reset said before doing this would I would loose data, but I did anyway, hoping to improve operations. Now years worth of bookmarks are gone. Can I get them back? There is an icon on my desktop, "old firefox data" Thanks for your help

Since the latest update 124.0.2 when I close firefox out and when I reload later it will not load my home page and does not have any of my settings saved. It shows that I am logged out of firefox. I have checked all of my settings but every time I close firefox it will not open to my set homepage and my settings.

I had to reset my computer and lost the bookmarks there. When I reinstalled Fifefox I had to reset my password and lost my bookmarks associated with that email address. HOWEVER, I have firefox installed on my mobile phone with all bookmarks intact. Is there a way to get the bookmarks from my mobile to the laptop?

Hi, I have a lot (+1600) password stored in my profile and i would like to clean its and delete olds ones. So i look for an utility or an extension to mark only those i want to delete (or keep).

Can i make an export to csv file, open it with excel (or something else) delete these unused, save the new csv, delete all password in firefox, and import the new csv ? Have i to make an new synchronisation in all my pc,tabs,phones after deconnexion on its? Many thanks for help JP from France

On my new Samsung Galaxy (win11), streamed programmes deliver no sound via the built-in speakers in Firefox, only via plugged-in headphones. In Edge the sound comes via either channel. How do I fix this?

When singing in to Firefox on a new computer, i lost my bookmarks.

I suspect they are somewhere in the data base how can i get them back?

We are attempting to disable DNS over HTTPS by pushing a configuration profile from JAMF Pro. The profile completes successfully and shows it is disabled, but Firefox will still show it is enabled. Has anyone else encountered this? We are using our own DNS Resolvers and need to not have Firefox force theirs. BTW, in order to avoid confusion, this is specific to MAC OS machines only. Thank you!

Hello everyone, I’m a fan of Firefox due to its efficient handling of webpage caching and memory management. However, I often find myself switching back to the Chromium-based Edge browser due to one specific feature in its DevTools. In Edge, when I resize the viewport, it stops at a certain limit. If I want to resize it further, I can zoom out and then continue resizing. I find this feature very useful. Is there a way to have similar functionality in Firefox? I’m currently using the Firefox Developer Edition.

I recently have gotten a message about manually updating Firefox on my Windows 11 system. Even after I updated, I then I started getting the same message and also "Failed to check for updates" in the Firefox "about" box and settings page.

I even went about uninstalling Firefox and reinstalling it while deleting the Firefox Program Files and user AppData directories. I also checked for a Windows Firewall entry for the program.

Is there something in another directory or registry setting I need to delete or change? Or does Firefox use a different program for updating that needs a firewall rule?

when I search for a page after opening a tab. The page will load slowly then stop. I'll then have to hit enter again for the page the load. This does not happen with Chrome or Edge. Any ideas how to fix this frustrating issue. Thanks.

When I have the Firefox browser open, every time I click away from it to another open window I get this stupid graphic that pops up near the bottom right corner of my screen that says "Intelligent Work" and rotates through three different images. It is really irritating and I can't figure out how to make it go away. This is a new computer and I only installed the Firefox browser this week. It only happens when I click off of the browser to any other window.
