I just updated to Firefox 120, and tried the new GPC setting (Tell websites not to sell or share my data). I ran into a problem when I went to the Xfinity community forums (https://forums.xfinity.com/) . It causes a banner on top showing they recognize the setting. There is an "X" in the corner, and some text that says "Hide this banner", but they are not active. Plus, I cannot make a new post or do a general reply (that weird forum software has both local replies to a particular post and general replies to the general thread.)

Is this a bug in Firefox, or a bug in their forum software? I attached a picture of the message it gives.

I'm using Firefox for Windows and usually have a few set pages that appear every time I open a new window. Every now and again, I have to add, remove, or change one of these pages. The issue is that I have to see something like this whenever I want to change anything.

Naturally, whenever I open a new window in Firefox, this is automatically interpreted to open multiple pages. However, this way of displaying them is still inconvenient. I want to know if we can get something more like this.

Is there a way to edit the Settings UI to see a multi-line list with the ability to add, remove, or change these links individually? Thank you.

Some websites, like my bank, don’t let you paste into the password field. I don’t want to manually type in the password. I found a workaround:

1. Go to about:config
2. Search for dom.event.clipboardevents.enabled
3. Double-click it to change the value to "false"

But the problem is that pasting into a google document no longer works. I have to revert the value back to “true” to get copy-pasting working in a google document.

Is there a way to have the best of both worlds: paste in google docs and paste in sites that block pasting, like my bank?

As of 21/11/2023, I can no longer use several chat services that had previously worked on Firefox, for example Santander bank and EDF. Plus, the POWR widget has stopped working on one of my favourite websites.... it used to pull in the charity's Facebook content but now all I see is the text and no imagery. When I try to login to the Tesco website I get this message: Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.tesco.com/account/login/en-GB?" on this server.

I have cleared History plus cookiies and site data and cached web content

But I'm still unable yo login to this site.

After years of shopping online with Tesco using Firefox suddenly I can no longer log in to Tesco.com. Just get 'Access Denied. You do not have permission to access------etc' I am sure that this happened after the last update of Firefox ! Tesco say its not their problem and the problem is with my Firefox browser. Please advise.

I have no issue with any other site that I visit daily, and my co-workers are able to access that site so it is not down.

Is there something in my settings that is preventing me from viewing this site now?

Hi, for months now, Mozilla, keeps crashing, or asking me to install new updates very frequently. Today it told me I have an old version (I do not) and that I need to create a new profile. I love your privacy policy but am about to give up your product. I have an IT dep and they were not able to help either. Best of luck fixing these bugs

I am trying to download a large file. Am on a course, and the main tutor has given the group a file to download. Have tried downloading this 5 times, but get little luck. The file that I would want to download is 8.5GB, and the furthest I get is about 4GB.

I have 2 questions about this.

1) I seem to have a very 'in and out internet connection. It seems to go down at times for no reason, cutting off the download. Is there anything I could do about this? How could I troubleshoot this, please? 2) Does anybody know of any special tools that I can use to download in a more efficient manner, please? When I try to open a link from an external software, in my case mostly discord, that which I click on, I get the profile manager opened, ask for which profile I should open from. If I already have the Firefox window for that profile open, I have to close the whole window and then it opens with all the tabs with a tab for the link I clicked on.

I would like to open tabs like how Chrome does, not asking for profile (yes, I know, I can just make things open on only one profile but I want to choose which one I want it to every single time without manager) and instead opens up from the profile window that I just had on.

I would like to open external links on an existing window and not close to open it.

So, ultimately, make my Firefox open link from the latest profile window I was on, and it does not require to close an existing window to open the link.

I need to be able to access banks, specifically USB Direct. I can access my credit union but when I try to get my statement, I get a message that I have been logged out due to inactivity.
