Hi, for months now, Mozilla, keeps crashing, or asking me to install new updates very frequently. Today it told me I have an old version (I do not) and that I need to create a new profile. I love your privacy policy but am about to give up your product. I have an IT dep and they were not able to help either. Best of luck fixing these bugs

I am in Europe. My Bank is in the U.S. I can no longer log on and access my account through this Mozilla Browser.

I continually receive this message:\Secure Connection Failed

Dear Sir/Madam,

I need help with Mozilla Firefox 119.0.1 (64-bit) version which is almost not working internally without Internet link. When I try to open local internal site Mozilla Firefox waits to open https://www.bootstrapcdn.com/ Internet location which is unavailable because we are using the browser in isolated network and it is waiting for this site for more than 15 minutes before it opens the local site.

This is not the way we are expecting the browser to work so the question is can we disable this requests in Mozilla Firefox that we were not aware of and that are not asked from out side?

On all sites where I need to login with my work account I get a tab crash when the browser redirects to https://login.microsoftonline.com/ac4b0eb0-811e-4ab0-acca-8a87079290dc/oauth2/v2.0/authorize?response_type=id_token&scope=user.read......

This is a recent failure (this week), that occured without any changes on my own account to Firefox developer version 121.0b2(64-bits)

I had to install google chrome to overcome this problem. Chrome has no issues with microsoft authentication.

Please solve as soon as possible, otherwise I will be switching to another browser.

When watching videos on YouTube or Amazon Prime, Firefox will eventually stop recognizing keyboard and mouse input in all windows and tabs. This can happen after just a few minutes of video or after hours. It affects nearly all input: typing or clicking in webpages, the toolbar, the address bar, etc., though I can click the 'x' button to close tabs. When I close the final window, a dialogue will appear stating that Firefox is non-responsive and allowing me to kill the process. This seems unusual, because the OS's system monitor indicates there is plenty of unused and available RAM and CPU resources. Firefox behaves normally after restarting.

Today, Firefox appeared to freeze as I was trying to sign into my Hotmail account and then crashed. Subsequent attempts to restart Firefox result in crashes. Usually immediately, sometimes after about a minute.

I have tried "refreshing" Firefox, running in troubleshooting mode, and uninstalling/reinstalling. I also performed the memory test suggested and had no errors.

There are no crash reports in the "Crash Reports" folder.

I have Windows 10 Home, Version 22H2, Build 19045.3693 (not sure if this is helpful or not)

Since yesterday any streaming services such as Netflix or Hulu will only have green screen for the video. The sound will come through just fine and subtitles. My Wildvine is updated, I've toggled the DRM on and off several times, no changes. My browser has been checked for updates. Not sure what else to try at this point.

"guh your tab just crashed" messagge crash my macbook pro. Also other programs. And yesterday i format and reinstalled an old macbook with catalina and firefox..nothing more..and the same messagge appears..c'mon guys.

When I open firefox it opens on the "success" page it should open on my selected page Yahoo.com

So my firefox recently started freezing while watching live streams on both youtube and kick. It'll freeze and buffer forever until I either refresh (kick) or hit the grey "live" button on youtube and the whole freezing thing repeats again after 2 minutes. Add-ons and internet speeds attached

For 8 months i am still getting tab crashed messages whenever i try to pause then replay videos. I have sent crash reports and shown them on the help page and get no real answers.

Firefox has crashed repeatedly when I've switched tabs to my gmail in the past ~15 minutes. It happens in "troubleshooting mode" as well. I'm running firefox on a linux computer, and my ubuntu installation and firefox are both up to date.

The latest updates sucks. Trouble with log -in pages, even Mozilla's own page doesn't seem to like the new cookie settings... Had to get onto tis forum through chrome of all things...

When i open private tab firefox (also waterfox\librefox), i get captcha every search google.com. Change proxy with FoxyProxy fixing problem

Google chrome \ vivaldi \edge \ yandex browser and other chromium browsers doesnt have this problem

Running on an M1 Ultra Mac Studio, Firefox struggles to play 4K videos in recent days where it would've normally performed fine. I've never had troubles watching 4K YouTube on Firefox, until the past week or two. There are no other applications running, and only the one tab open in Firefox. Just a regular 4K video. Why won't it play properly? Why does it start buffering randomly when I can see my network is just fine? Why does it just randomly skip 10 seconds every minute or so while playing? This exclusively happens on 1440p or 2160p (4K). Please fix this ASAP.

i log in att/yahoo or gmail, email on the web browser as well your website right now using the latest firefox browser and the letters are kind of foggy, i will attach a screen shot for you. the problem doesn't happen when i use microsoft edge or chrome, can you please fix it? thank you, Liev
