Firefox keeps disabling addons randomly, some of them are made by mozilla even. I am getting them from the official addon site so they shouldn't be illegitimate ones. Let me know what information about my install I can give to help.

OS version: windows 22000.593 Firefox version: 99.0.1 (64-bit)

I'm downloading a lot of images, and every time I do so a popup box appears showing the most recent five downloads and a button to show all downloads, It covers some of the icons I use for downloading images which is frustrating. If I right click on any of the downloads one of the options is to Clear Preview Panel, so I assumed it was called Preview Panel, but help does not know about that and I can't find how to stop it coming up (it used not to until I did something, I don't know what) It's driving me crazy.

Hello, I'm unable to access my Firefox logins. I followed some of the advice on here and discovered that my login files appear to be corrupted (logins.json.corrupt). I tried some of the suggested methods, but I can't re-establish access to my logins.

I'm not sure if this is related, but when I click on the Applications menu, though my profile is there, it says "Account disconnected" next to a warning sign.

Please help... I've been saving my passwords and logins here for years. Any advice welcome. Many thanks in advance.

Since about a month ago I can't drag a file from a folder to an open email in Firefox. Was always able to, but it stopped a few weeks ago. I read that the new 99.01 version would fix this, I installed it today and the problem persists. What am I missing? Thank you to anyone who reads, cares and replies with solution.

I have used Firefox for years with my MSN/Outlook emails. Recently, something has changed that has caused typing emails to a nightmare. As I am typing the "system" is constantly suggesting text and I do not know how to remove that feature. Each time this happens I have to stop and either hit the tab key or fiddle around with the space bar to get past this problem and continue typing what I want to write. Also, as I am replying to an email, the "system" occasionally opens another email document and at the same time moves the email I am trying to respond to. It moves the email, not to trash, but to Archive. I never use the archive feature. How do I fix these problems. Something has obviously gotten changed in "settings" but I cannot figure out where or how to fix. The "suggested text" feature is disasterous and annoying and it has got to be removed somehow. Please help.

When I try to access MediaFire it doesn't load and get errors etc. And other sites are slow etc. Is there anything I can do to fix it? Also how do I contact FireFox email official support? I don't like asking on the forums since I want a legit agent ;p

Once every few days (and now every day) the browser logs out of me from every site/forum where I was logged in and this starts to be really annoying, what can I do?

I recently installed AdBlocker, but then a site I visit daily closes after it loads.

I uninstalled AdBlocker and the site still closes after it loads.

I assume the problem was from AdBlocker, but not really sure why this happens.

I have logged into a new device with Firefox account and am not certain where the bookmarks have been pulled from as they do not match those on my previous device where the account was set to sync.

On Firefox for Windows (on Windows 11 release 99.0.1), the first setting in Settings is "Open previous windows and tabs". This is incorrect. It doesn't do this. When checked, upon startup, it will restore one window, its tabs, & maybe its sessions (?), and it will send all the other Windows & their tabs to the bit bucket.

Users: KNOW & HEED this warning! Team: Please take what you've already done for that window and merely do it also for the rest of them? In the mean time, please change the wording to something like "Open one of the windows and its tabs". Ideally, identify which window has been chosen for this.

This was all working perfectly fine last week. What's up Mozilla??? Oh, and both websites work perfect on Chrome as I had to use them to place my orders because Mozilla decided to all of a sudden make changes...

We have a solution to display a property sale detail in iframe. The first time it's displayed only the not small images or without srcset.

Points of note: - The iframe is resized by javascript to take the height of the content height at loading. - Most images are defined with a srcset.

It's seems the browser begin to download 480px images as it should and the height resizing of the iframe cancel the requests (NS_BINDING_ABORTED) and it request the image in the attribute src but does not use it. The image preview in the inspector also display "Unable to load".

Refreshing the page display the images (with or without cache), you need to restart Firefox to have the issue with the same images. It's work correctly under Chrome.

My problem is this:

If I click on the open new tab button, and then I keep my cursor there, such that I get the little tooltip "Open a new tab (Ctrl+T)..." , Firefox will stop the address bar from updating---it won't show my keyboard inputs, not will it search, or do anything else. This will resolve itself after I move my cursor away from the open new tab button and the tooltip stops showing, even my inputs will appear there.

This quite annoying, especially when opening a tab to search for something quickly...

Hi. I have version 99 and need to upgrade to the latest. When i tried, the saved passwords dont show up. What versions to i need to upgrade to first to step it up with the passwords and where are links for those older versions? Thanks

but I have a windows 10 and the solution does not show up in the Taskbar settings. Is there an updated version for this? Here is the OPs original question.

"When I open a new Firefox window, it stacks it on top of all the others in the task bar at the bottom. I would like them to be BESIDE each other. It used to do that. Now I have to hover over the ONLY Firefox item on the bottom task bar and read the list to find the one I want to go to. This is a waste of time and tedious.
