I-Firefox Isithangami Sokwesekwa

The way it is presently set up, I click the Bookmarks tab and then I get a menu from which I must then choose another tab that will show me the bookmarked sites. I should not have to do this second step. When I click on the Bookmarks tab, it ought to show me the bookmarked sites automatically. That's what I want. How can I get that to happen?

I recently installed Firefox 41. I am not unable to use Trusteer on the browser, which prevents me from using secure banking and takes away a few other special protections while browsing. I have the most up to date version of Trusteer Rapport, so there's nothing more I can download to correct the problem. Is this simply a compatibility issue? If Trusteer doesn't work with Firefox anymore, I'll have to switch to a different browser until the problem is resolved, which is upsetting because I prefer Firefox over everything else. Is there anything that can be done to correct the problem?

Once the Firefox update 41.0.1 was installed my Outlook, WinWord and Powerpoint 2007 will not start and give me an error message of 0x80000003. This happened immediately after the install of the firefox update. When I start the computer in safe mode I am able to start Outlook, Winword and Powerpoint. I am running Windows 7 with latest updates. How do I fix this?

I also tried to reinstall office 2007 after no success using the repair function and running Microsoft office configuration analyzer and Microsoft Officer Diagnostic Tools.

To whom it may concern, grateful for your help with the following problem & apologies if my original request was rather abrupt: "The tab cross at the bookmark bar at the top of the page does not load a new tab when the tab next to the mozilla firefox start page is clicked. However the task open new tab under the mozilla firefox box at the taskbar at the bottom of the page does open a new tab."

I'm not sure what to do with the provided browser and operating system details, i.e. the various plug-in. etc details. I am afraid I am a computer/IT dinosaur.

Every now and then when I search for something in the search bar instead of searching what I typed in it opens the search options page in a new tab. It's kind of annoying. Any way to stop this?

When I pull up any web pg and open another one, some of the documentation carries over to the screen, when I close it, the same documentation is on the page and it doesn't go away. I restart my computer and it clears it up. I have had this problem since my computer was purchased in 2014.

I have a random email address on my Facebook login page that I have never entered. The email is stored in the login area but does not have a password saved to it. I am trying to find out 1. how this is possible and two located when this was entered on my computer. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

I just installed Firefox yesterday because I play in Pogo a lot and was told you still support Java. Anyway, one of the games won't load for me and I was told to go to my Firefox home page, go down to the bottom where I will find 3 little bars and follow the instructions from there.

Please understand I am 72 years old and not real computer smart. Where or what is my Firefox home page. How do I clean out my old cookies and all that stuff.

I have followed the cookies directions but it didn't help.

Have problem connecting. Selected options. Selected Privacy. Everything looks good. No option to click ok. ??? What do I need to do. Followed instructions and still having problems.

Since the latest round of updates, Ff hangs up when i try to move between tabs. I get the (not responding) notice at the top of the page, and eventually an error box opens. it says Script: resource://gre/modules/commonj…/data/browserSpecificScript.js:33

If i disable it, Ff works fast again. But clearly, this script reloads as it comes back again and again.

Sometimes it has a different script number at the end -- i have seen js:21 before.

What can i do to disable this script permanently, without losing things i need?

Updated my windows to windows 10, mozilla also did an update. Prior to these updates, I was able to access a website that we u se for business...for real estate (the MLS). I can not access it now after these updates. When I try, the site just freezes and I can't log on to it.

Firefox has recently been putting a LOT of mail into the "Junk" and "trash" folders. But most of them are in my address book, and as far as I know shouldn't be either "junked" or "trashed." This only started in the last few days and is VERY annoying. I have used Firefox for years, happily. Currently on Windows 8.1 and previously on Linux. Please help me with this,

I am running Windows 7 Enterprise. Firefox has been running fine. However this morning Firefox crashes on startup. This includes crashing on startup in Safe mode and after a Refresh and after an uninstall and reinstall.

I am unable to open the tool for troubleshooting information.

Installed System Mechanic (iolo) and everything was working fine until a few days ago. Periodically Firefox will stop responding and sometimes freeze. Sometimes I have to exit; other times it slowly gets back to responding. Is this an incompatibility with System Mechanic? Haven't used the iolo program before but thought I'd try it. Can remove the program if this is bad for Firefox.
