In error, I answered 'yes' to save an entry on a site to be my new login ID & pswd for that site. I want to get back to my original login ID & pswd. They told me I need to call my Browser FireFox to "get rid of my pre-saved login id & pswd". How do I do that? jerrybrown411@gmail.com

Firefox browser no longer on W7 laptop. Followed instructions-downloaded setup and installer. Neither will do anything - message says no program association to implement thses files. Help!

I found an answer to this question, but I need it in English; how to do this if you're not a programmer. The new feature is beyond annoying, so if someone wants to work on making it optional, that would be a super improvement, but I'll be happy if I can just turn it off! Thank you

Long time user (love it) but the browser is consuming a lot of memory. With the same windows open in Chrome, Firefox is consuming 5 times the amount making the system slower glitchy.

This has been an issue for awhile and I checked all the posted solutions. Either the software is consuming an that is normal or something is running in the background. Firefox is at 1831.5 MB as I type this.

Can I uninstall then reinstall? or is everything going to return?

Hello. I am finding on different devices i have that firefox won't let me do things i could do before. Example. On my cellphone. I can't login to twitch.tv nor can i get into my yahoo mail account. It says i have an unsupported browser and i didn't have that problem before. The twitch problem is the same on my pc. I can't login. The login and my credentials are there but the button won't let me log in. Please help me. Thanks. Susan

YOU KNOW I HAVE OTHER PROGRAMS TO RUN AND FIREFOX HAS BECOME SO BLOATED THAT IT EATS UP ALL MY RAM FURTHER MORE I PURCHASED FIRESHOT AND I CAN'T RUN IT BECAUSE YOU DON'T WANT TO LET ANYONE RUN AN ADD ON. THIS BUSINESS OF UPDATE AND BING HERE IS ANOTHER UPDATE AND CONSTANTLY BEING PLAGUED TO UPDATE FIREFOX. YOU COULD PUT ALL YOUR UPDATE IN ONE UPDATE. YOU COULD SPEND A LITTLE TIME AND TAKE THE BLOAT OUT OF FIREFOX. IT DOES NOT HAVE TO SO BIG. IT DOES NOT NEED TO COVET ALL THE RAM.

I am unable to play any videos on firefox only because of this WidevindCDN crash messages. i have updated firefox to the latest version and restarted the device and tried again however this error keeps showing up and doesnt let any video play. Please fix

How do I get Firefox to stop suggesting my email address, city, state or other information on lines for logins or applications? I have turned off all the autofill selections in security and privacy and it still offers suggestions. I don't want any suggestions AT ALL.

I recently changed to Firefox from chrome and the focus on security and privacy was a much needed upgrade. However, every time I close my windows I'm logged out of all my accounts. I checked all the settings that would have that effect even escalating it to a clean install and unfortunately nothing works. After checking the support forums this setting seemed to be the one that fixed things, attached is a screenshot showing that its unchecked and that there is cookie data stored, so I'm really at a loss.

Contacted Specrum Customer Service because I couldn't login to my account. Rep told me it was a browser issue and suggested I try a different browser. I did so and was able to successfully log in to the Spectrum Site. What do you thing is the problem with Firefox and the Spectrum site? Everything else I log in to works fine.

I need to be able to access banks, specifically USB Direct. I can access my credit union but when I try to get my statement, I get a message that I have been logged out due to inactivity.

This is getting be a more and more common message on CBC.CA -- click on a story, go there, it processes for a few moments, then posts THAT! Chrome doesn't do it but I'm having pw issues with chrome and would much rather stick with FF, so can this be fixed?! What's wrong, what's causing it? I'm using ad blockers but they don't seem to be the problem and I'm at my wits' end. I have no patience for this kind of bullshit, especially when everything always worked before this started happening. Typically it's about five stories out of the twenty-five or so offerings on the page but I'm sick of messing around with it, having to close the tab, go to something else and hope IT doesn't break! Is there a fix? I don't don't know to diagnose this stuff; I'm not a geek, I'm a user. I have SOME skills but not this. Is this FF or is this CBC?!

Try it: website is cbc,ca , just click on some stories and see if they hold. If they do for you then it's my FF.

When I went to watch Tubi TV today I got this error message when I tried to load the video:

"Oops, your web browser is no longer supported. Please upgrade to a modern, fully supported browser."

But only for a few seconds, then it shows

"Sorry, there was a problem loading the video player. Please try to reload the page. If you are using an ad-blocker, please disable it or whitelist tubitv.com If the problem persists, please contact us at tubitv.com/support"

I booted my firefox in safe mode, still get this exact sequence of events. My firefox is up-to-date. Is there a workaround for Tubi blocking content from firefox browsers? Is that what this is? Thank you

As run into before, i have constant frustration that was motivating me to switch browsers from FireFox where when i open a webpage in FF i am not seeing full content. I use an extension to then open that page in Edge, and i then do see full content.

The most recent example of this is https://www.godaddy.com/help/contact-us where in FireFox the "chat" link did not appear, but in Edge it did. Similar experiences occur when attempting to log into my account at whitepages.com where in logging in FireFox errors out or returns me repeatedly to the login page, yet Edge completes the process without issue. The Whitepages issue has been ongoing for over 6 months.
