I-Firefox Isithangami Sokwesekwa

Hi all, I've got a puzzling problem with just one desktop PC on my network, and only in Windows 11 (fully updated) - the same PC when booted into another OS (Ubuntu) works without any issues.

I have a fresh install of the latest Firefox as well as the Developers Edition. MS Edge is also updated to the latest build, yet none of them can load the "accounts.firefox.com" page.

All I get is a completely blank page, save for a blue circle on the top left corner. I've tried all the usual resetting, Troubleshooting Mode... etc, (issue is present in Troubleshooting Mode) and pretty much stumped at this point.

All other websites I've tested with all browsers don't seem to have any issues at all, including the likes of "accounts.microsoft.com" or "accounts.google.com".

Google hasn't turned up with any results matching exactly what I'm seeing with this particular machine/problem... hoping someone can help pointing me in the right direction.

Using latest version of Firefox - 116.0

Unfortunately recently I have been unable to drag files out of the 'Downloads' At the same time, I noticed I can no longer copy images from pages.

I will right click, copy image and it just does not go into my clipboard.

In terms of the Downloads, I'd always download audio or video files and drag them straight into Premiere Pro - I can no longer do this. I cannot drag it outside of Premiere either, so it's not an Adobe bug.

hi!, so i downloaded a couple videos on mozilla, i saw them in my downloads but i didn't open them, now i delete them from mozilla and they were automatically deleted from dowloads and i can't find them in my recycle bin either.Is there a way to get them back?

If I search for something in the address bar, Firefox will endlessly load. I need to click the address bar and hit enter to search again which will instantly load what I'm looking for. Same thing happens if I highlight a text and click search with google. URLs seem to work fine.

I reset my pc, i reinstall mozilla and i have problems with the sync of my account. Every data in the browser, such as passwords, markers, and all my data that got on my mozilla acount... How can i get it back ?

Dear team, I request support to search and find my data syncronized in the mozilla firefox account, which has been lost unexpectedly and I don't know where it is. I am using ubuntu LTS 22, I have uninstalled the package and made a clean install, with the reason that all my browser data disappeared overnight, as if it was its first use, my session in the firefox account and all my data disappeared. After installing the clean copy, I opened my account to synchronize my data, bookmarks and history, themes and extensions, unfortunately none of this happened, I don't know where all my private data is, which I left available to synchronize and recover again, I request a copy of them to restore them and to return the flow through the synchronization function so that they appear again, contact me at this same email. I Did the windows fresh installation on my laptop and then I installed the fresh firefox on my laptop. After that try to sign in my previous Firefox account and try to sync my bookmarks and everything. but sync is not working.

I try to do the force sync from the settings as well but that is still not sync my old bookmarks and saved things before I format my laptop.

Any Idea or workaround to get this sorted ?

The last Walmart questions are 2022, so again... When I click a link to Walmart, for a second I see the full site displayed correctly on my desktop monitor, then it shrinks to about half to the left side. Windows 10 up to date, Firefox 116.00. Enhanced tracking, whether on or off, doesn't matter. Walmart is the only site I have this issue with. Is it Walmart's fault?

I cannot sign in to USAA website using Firefox browser. I was able to sign in for over a year and, suddenly, it will not let me. When I go to the USAA sign in page and enter my user ID and hit "next", I get a prompt that says" We are unable to complete your request. Our system is currently unavailable. Please try again later. I have tried to log in at least 50 times with the same result. I am able to sign in with other web browsers (Chrome, Edge, etc)

This seems like an interesting and potentially useful feature. There's only one problem...what does it mean to do this? I can't find an explanation anywhere I look.

I went to use my eBay web page and part of the information is missing (see attachment). The seller information, etc., should show at the right hand side of webpage, but it is blank. I tried different pages and the same thing still occurred. I tried opening the same page on Microsoft Edge and there was no problem at all. I had no issue with eBay at all until I updated to Version 116.

As of installing the latest cumulitive update to Windows 10 (version 22H2, build 19045.3271), every time I restart my computer and open Firefox, it opens and immediately closes. Then I reopen it, and it does not ask for my primary password. I often have to reset the password and then it gives me access to my stored information. This is a brand new problem, and it's extrememly frustrating. I have tried downloading the program again and re-installing as an update. And Firefox is also up to date (116.0). Any suggestions as to why it's happening or how to fix it? Thanks.

This has never been a problem. However about 2 weeks ago Firefox took control of itself. For example: You have site A open, you finish your work on site A and move on to a second site( we will call it B). Site B opens and then is quickly replaced by site A again.

This time the bar at the browser screen top is pink and has a little machine like head at the end. You click on the little head fellow and it will say Site under remote control Dev. Tools.

I have spoken to Dell two times, Dell has removed and re-installed Firefox one time and it is still the same. Dell says your people are working on your site and it will go way in time. Help Thank you Leonard Santamaria

I have been a Firefox and Pocket user for years and have enjoyed being able to simply save articles from the internet to my Pocket account. Recently when I tried to save an article to Pocket I was taken to a page that asked for my Firefox credentials even though I was already logged in. When I entered my login credentials I was asked for a code from the authentication app I use but Firefox wasn't available on any of them and I don't have access to the codes I must have received when i set up two factor authorization. So, I created a new account to log info Firefox and assumed that my Pocket Credentials could be used to then sign into Pocket. I was wrong.

I can log into Pocket using my Pocket credentials but I am unable to save articles from ANY browser to my old Pocket account because I can't log into my old Firefox account. This is beyond frustrating. I hope someone can help.

I use both Firefox and Thunderbird. I am using WIN 10 with Norton. I've tried the troubleshooter and refresh for Firefox. It had no affect and since it did not work on FIrefox I decided not to try it on Thunderbird.

Hello, I'm looking if it is possible at all for me to recover an account I made not to long ago. Because I no longer have access to the Email Address on that account. And I am wondering if it is possible that I can some how get in touch with support to see if someone under those lines can probably change my email address on that account to my new email address that way I'd have access to my sync data.

I clicked the scrollbar while clicking m1 and m2 at the same time or close to the same time, and firefox's scrollbar suddenly became slower when I click on a spot and hold there. It's usually fast and follows to exactly where my cursor is, but now it's slow. It used to have the same speed as just dragging the scrollbar. Google doesn't have this problem. I refreshed firefox and uninstalled my smooth scroll extension, but the issue is still there. Was there an update today or yesterday that did this?
